Welcome, to project red. Here is a recoloring project of mine, involving Pokemon Recolors. I call the effect Shadow Red but you can call it whatever you wish. So, on to the sprites!

If the whiskers seem weird, they are. This is because I had to re-outline them in black to make them stand out better.

Ok only going to pick a few to comment and critique on.

Bulbasaur's dark red color could be a tad darker, its a little hard to see the spot on him.

Venusaur has some sloppiness to him, I see some light blue spots in a few areas, and a green pixel on the leaf. Also there is a ton of this brown color on the face. On the plant trunk I think the brown looks fine, but not on the mouth, eyes, and ears.

Charmander has a similar problem with this left over brown color. The eyes also look weird to me. I like this shade of red on Charmander though. I think though you messed up the tail.

Charizard has the same brown issue as Charmander. Also you have a weird issues with your borders on this one, they're extra thick in a few areas. I also don't like the tail.

Dragonair looks good in this color too. The only problems I notice is the shading on the head, and the glow around the orbs on its tail.
