i can see some people won't support just because they want post counts >.>

nowadays all members card about are 3 main things:reps, posts, and points, this is called the RPP.

i support, most clubs just discuss things or share things with each other, you shouldn't deserve posts nor points for that because discussions can be very large, even with 2 people in the club, they can chat and make 10 posts each in a few minutes.

First of all, people who disagree with you are not noobs, they are people with opinions. Second, what is your favorite Forum? For the sake of sakes, I will assume it is General. What if they took out post counts from General? You would be totally mad. That is how some people are w/ clubs.

Games gets posts? I doubt it. Games is a big pile of spam. And no one cares if you don't care about post count. We care that we care about post count. I really don't care, but isn't it unfair that other people don't get post counts? Clubs is NOT THAT spammy.

If you think all clubs are spammy, you should really check again. =)

Not counting any club Mech King is in, most clubs follow the rules as far as spamming goes about 95% of the time.

Yes, people will go off topic. Is it such a big deal? No, not really.

Clubs are mostly meant to discuss a certain subject, even if it means holding a conversation with only one other person. If two people were to keep posting in a thread in some other section, it would be considered spam, but the threads in the Clubs Section are more broad, and can allow conversations like that to take place, to a certain extent of course.

Most people do not like your idea for the single reason that it is unnecesary. Clariex [i will keep calling you that] even said that most threads are not spammy, and whoever this Mech King is, he probably doesn't know he is spamming. Most posts in mosts threads are not spammy, so most post counts should mostly stay intact.
