Saturn of Elemia
Once you got the right items, SotN was a joke. (or if you power-leveled like I did...) Rondo of Blood has to be one of the most challenging ones... Curse of Darkness.....meh. Average difficulty. Castlevania III was moderately difficult. Larxene
The original Castlevania is the most difficult. By far. And when I played SotN, I didn't power level at all. But I still went through that game extremely quickly, and the only boss I ever died on was Galamoth.
Sigma
I think I tried power leveled once, but I only got to lvl 10, also, I know a quick way to get the Joseph Cloak, it takes time though. I have the Reverse Cloak right now.

Larxene
I'm level 67. I don't need to power level in order to completely pwn the game.
Saturn of Elemia
Power leveling can be fun at times. Then again, beating the game at a lower level than recommended is also fun (like OoE at Lv.33)

Saturn of Elemia
Just beat the original Castlevania today. Larlar wsa right - it IS the hardest Castlevania. Death was a PAIN IN THE ASS to fight without the Axe. Not a bad game, though. Want a challenge? Get it for the NES or download it for 500 points on the Wii Shop Channel. Larxene
Death is easy if you have Holy Water. Holy Water beats every boss in the game except for the first boss.
Bakura Vessal
Wait, isn't Aeon the cheif in Castlevania? Does that mean he is going on judgement, cause that would be amusing, seeing a cheif kick ass. Also I pwned Drac and Death. They are too easy, Death Ring + Dominus Agony + Lazer and Hammer Union = PWN without losing any health, And thats just Drac.
Larxene
No, they just have the same name. It's a different Aeon.

Larxene
Lawl. Fish sticks. Aeon controls time.
Saturn of Elemia
I'd laugh if Aeon stopped time, put fish sticks down the enemy's pants, then restarted it just to see their reaction. If it was good enough, he'd stop time (or rewind it) and take a picture for later blackmail. @Shanoa - How does Holy Water help against Death? Larxene
Stand on the edge of the platform, wait for Death to appear, and throw Holy Water as fast as you can. He'll never leave the spot.
Saturn of Elemia
Thanks for the pointer. I'll remember that. Oh, and the bats on the bridge area before Dracula DO have a pattern. It's really easy. First bat - Just walk under itSecond bat - When it lunges at you, JUMPThird bat - Use the clock and Walk under itFourth bat - Jump when it moves toward youFifth bat - Walk under it If done right, you can just keep holding left and never have to stop. Larxene
Wrong. That strategy works about 75% of the time, but occasionally one of the bats will do something weird and funk with you and knock you off the edge. The flea men and the birds at the end don't have a pattern either.
Saturn of Elemia
I have yet to see them break away from that pattern. I've done what I've mentioned 5 times and there has been NO change whatsoever. The birds do have a set altitude in which they come in at. If you watch long enough, you'll figure out the pattern. The fleamen are more erratic, though.
Larxene
The birds always appear in specific places, but they don't always drop the Flea Men in the same spot. And as far as the bats go, you're just lucky.
Bakura Vessal
Dawn of Sorrows easy as funk. How says you guys? Sooooooo many spells to choose from.
Larxene
DoS is one of the easiest Castlevania games, but it's still one of my favorites.
