New Warp monster.

I created a new type of monster type called warp.

Starting warp seems like special summon so you should explain it ;)

You should add you can behind "pay" in the effect or else you have to do it :(

 

OCG Fix:

When this card is summoned, you can pay 700 Life Points to Warp Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Monster Card from your Deck.
