Ummm, ok. Like if someone wins a contest for reps, do you, like, rep them, and the rep u gave to them goes away? Or do you keep it?

That's really confusing what you've said.

 

Each members has a certain amount of reps they can give out a day, reps that won't go away. If you rep that counts towards your daily limit. If you've set a contest that gives out reps as prizes you must rep.

 

You cannot lose reps only give them out.
