or "Izanami" from your hand. Draw 2 cards.

 

Massive Overheil

Quick-Play Spell

Discard your hand and chain this card to a "Pot of

Avarice" you activated. After the effect of "Pot of

Avarice" resolves, send the top 5 cards of your

Deck to the Graveyard and draw 1 card.

 

Loyal Follower

Level 4

Earth / Warrior

1700/1000

This card is treated as a Spirit while in your hand

or Graveyard. If this card is returned to your hand,

select 1 Effect Monster Card from your deck with

"Loyal" in it's name and send it to the Graveyard.

 

Loyal Supporter

Level 2

Earth / Psychic

1100/1300

If this card is face-up, if you pay Life Points

for the effect of a "Psychic Commander" you

control, you gain Life Points equal to the

amount paid, after Damage Calculation. You can

discard this card when a "Psychic Commander"

you control battles. Halve the ATK of the

monsters that the "Psychic Comander" is battling.

 

Oppressive Measures

Continuous Trap

This card gains the following effect depending

upon which criteria is met (if more than one is

usable, select 1 to be used): *An "Izanami"

face-up on the field: Negate the effects of all

Spell cards. *A "Psychic Commander" face-up

on the field: Negate the effects of all Trap

cards (excluding this card) on the field. * A

"Pot of Avarice" in your Graveyard: Negate

the activation and effect of all Effect Monsters.

 

Not too sure on Oppressive Measures' OCG.
