Dont call it a come back, ive been here for years...

Recommended Posts

Okay, i wanted to take view on the Gigasworm/ Driver decks. Are they dead? Can they make a come back? What would need to happen for this deck to even stand a chance in the current meta? And are there any new combos that can generate a huge impact to its return?

A combo i was thinking of that could do a little something Involves Black Garden, world tree, Fragrance storm, and Lonefire blossom.

Id summon lonefire with garden face up. Lonfire into lonefire until they are all used up, (a nice thinning) Than special summon seed of flame. So far your opponent has 4 plants. Next activate World tree if you have not. (If you have it, COSR would be pretty good here too.) Fragrance storm the seed to draw 1. (Only 1, even if you do happen to get a plant inside the draw, neg it so you can get back lonefire.) Draw 1 from cosr, if you have, and place 1 on top of tree. Ur hand is hopefully 2. Now, Sack lonefire for another seed of flame. Now activate black Garden. Add 6 counters to tree, you obviously do not have a 4k+ atk monster, so activate Seed and special summon lonefire from grave yard. Hand should now be 3 and tree should be 7. Spend 6 to special summon 2 lonfires, and draw 2 cards. Hand is 5 now. All search out Gigaplant (hopefully you didnt draw any.) If you have the luck of the irish, than your hand should hold 1 mass driver, 1 polly, and a bunch of draw cards (Hopefully like 1 fragrance storm to pop your opponents token to draw 1, but hopefully 2)

Anyway, thats all i got, discuss this, and/or your own views. P.S. (I know 5 card combos don't ball, but every thing here (besides Cosr, is unlimited) and you did thin your deck a hell of alot.
