Out of play

I am making a new deck, right, i am not sure how to ask this, but is there a chance that you can have effects that can special summon monster from out of play for monster effects or spell and trap card effects because i am thinking of using that in my new deck.

I'm sure that there is a card out there, I can't think of the name right now. I'll go through my cards whilst I'm making a new deck and let you know.

ok thanks, i hope that i can do that, i have made about 17 cards in my 2nd deck, some i havent finished becasue i am thinking of using that effect but i didnt want to do it and then everyone starts saying that i cant do that and rate it low because it will ruin the deck so i thought i would ask before i did it. If by 2nd deck you mean Extra Deck (like where Fusion and Synchro monsters go), you can have a maximum of 15 monsters in that Deck.

 

If that's not what you mean by 2nd deck, you'll have to explain your question a little more.

No, you seem to misunderstand me, the question is that i want to have monsters that effects that can special summon monsters from out of play. When i said 2nd deck, i meant that i have finished the 1st half of my deck and i am now biginning on the 2nd half of my deck.

 

I have posted my 1st half of my deck onto pop culture cards, it is under Destruction of the dragons.

Ah, I see. I don't see why you couldn't have effects like that. If you just want to know how to word it, Escape from the Dark Dimension and Return from the Different Dimension both have effects that special summon removed from play monsters.
