I'm making a Trading Card Game called [Adventure Fantasy]

And I need people to help out you make your own cards after we've made card templates, types of cards, attributes, types, and other things.

If you want you can make a Rough Draft of what the card would actually look like.

Then once we all agreed on what the Final Concept will be!

We can make a realistic version on Photoshop or GIMP!

We'll have to make up rules.

How to play instructions and each member can make their very own and possibly unique game mat. We'll need booster pack, tins, etc.

So please join:

- MasterKCatmaster

- Digi-Blaze

- Katana 86

- Snitch

I'll post a rough draft of the how of the card will look

Adventure Fantasy Rules

- You must only have 5 cards in your hand.

- You must play with a deck of minimum of 30 cards.

1.) Field Card Zone

- Only 1 Field Card can be in play at any one time.

2.) Monster Card Zone

- Monster Cards can be played (face-up) or Set (face-down) to the 5 spaces of the Monster Card Zone following the rules in Main Phrase 1. Important! The Monster Card Zone has a 5-CARD LIMIT. Once all 5 spaces in the Monster Card Zone are occupied, no further Monster Cards can be played or set until there is an open Monster Card space in the Monster Card Zone.

3.) Cementery Card Zone

- When cards are destroyed, they are discarded face-up to this space. The contents of the Cementery Zone are public knowledge, and your opponent can look through it at any time. Be sure to get your opponent's permission before going through their Cementery Zone.

4.) Mutation Deck Zone

- If you are playing with Mutation Monster Cards , put your Mutation Deck face-down in this space.

5.) Equip and Killer Card Zone

Equip and Killer Cards can be played (face-up) or Set (face-down) to the 5 spaces of the Equip & Killer Card Zone following the rules in Main Phase 1. Important! Equip and Killer Cards Zone has a 5-CARD LIMIT. Once all 5 spaces in the Equip and Killer Cards Zone are occupied, no further Equip (except for Field Cards) OR Killer Cards can be played or Set until there is an open Equip and Killer space in the Equip and Killer. This 5-CARD LIMIT includes any of your own Equip Cards used to equip your opponent's Monster Card.

6.) Deck Zone

- Place your Deck face-down in this space. Your Side Deck is not placed on the Combat Field. You can also play Adventure Fantasy without a Combet Field. Just be sure to place the cards and Decks in the indicated positions.

TERMS:

Play - Whenever you use or activate the effects of a card, change the any position of a card, or place a card on the field, you are executing a "Play". When you play a card, its effect is immediate.

Set -The act of placing a card face-down on the field is referred to as "Set". A Set card's effect is not activated immediately. Also, a Set Monster Card is not considered to be summoned until it is turned face-up. A Set monster must be placed VERTICALLY, in face-down Defense Position (monsters summoned normally are placed VERTICALLY, in face-up Attack Position). Set Equip and Killer Cards are placed vertically on the field.

The Field - Throughout these rules, and on the card text itself, the Monster Card Zone, Equip & Killer Card Zone and Field Card Zone together will be referred to as the field.

Destroyed - A card that is sent to the Cementery is destroyed.

Removed from Play - A card that is removed from play is NOT sent to the Cementery. Instead, it is set aside and is not allowed to re-enter the current Combat.

TYPES OF CARDS

Monster Cards

A. Normal Monster Cards

A Monster Card is the basic card used to attack your opponent. Monster Cards are categorized by Type and Attribute. There are 20 different Types and 6 different Attributes. Type and Attribute effect each monster's ability to attack and defend.

The overall strength of a monster is indicated by its level (the number of dots at the upper right of the Monster card). A monster card is color-coded Green.

Types of Monster Cards: Dragon, Spellcaster, Zombie, Warrior, Beast-Warrior, Beast, Winged Beast, Fiend, Fairy, Insect, Dinosaur, Reptile, Fish, Sea Serpent, Machine, Thunder, Aqua, Pyro, Rock and Plant

Attributes of Monster Cards: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Light and Dark

Gameplay rules for NORMAL MONSTER CARDS

Normal Monster Cards are used primarily to any of the Comat Positions, although they can also be used as Dedications, to pay a cost, or as part of a Mutation. See Main Phase 1 for details on introducing Monster Cards into play.

B. Mutation Monster Cards

"Mutation" means using 2 or more Monster Cards together. to create a new monster, represented by a Mutation Monster Card.

Each Mutation Monster Card also lists the monsters necessary to create it (Mutation-Material Monsters), and is further indentified as "Mutation" next to its Type. The color of a Mutation Monster Card is Grey.

Gameplay rule for MUTATION MONSTER CARDS

When Mutation is performed, select the appropriate Mutation Monster Card from your Mutation Deck and place it face-up on an open Monster Card Zone space in any Card Position.

When a Mutation Monster is destroyed, it is sent to the Cementery Zone. If a Mutation Monster Card is returned to your hand, place it back in the Mutation Deck instead. NOTE: Since a "Mutation" is considered a Special Activate, the card will be immune to cards such as a "Bottomless Hole". Also, since it is a Special Activate you can conduct a Normal Activate or Set another monster in the same turn.

Mutation Deck

You must have a minimum of 15 Mutation Cards or more if you wish.

GAMEPLAY RULES for Possessed Cards

During your turn, if you have a Possessed Monster Card in your hand, and the specific Possessed Equip Card mentioned on the Possessed Monster Card (either on the field or in your hand), as well as the Monster Cards required as a Dedication, you can perform a Possessed Activate by activating the Possessed Equip Card. Follow the instructions printed on the Possessed Equip Card. Possessed Cards are color-coded bRed.

The Possessed Monster Card is then placed face-up on an open Monster Zone space on the field in any Card Position. The Dedication monsters and the Possessed Equip Card used to perform the Possessed activate are destroyed.

When a Possessed Monster is destroyed it is sent to the Cementery. If a Possessed Monster Card is returned to your hand, you cannot place it on the field again without performing another Possessed activate. A monster activated to the field in this manner is considered a Special Activation, and allows the player to conduct a Normal Activation or a Set in the same turn.

GAMEPLAY RULES for Effect Monster Cards

FLIP - The monster's effect is activated when the card is flipped from face-down to face-up. The effect is also activated if the card is flipped face-up as a result of a Equip or Killer card, or another monster's attack.

Equip Cards

There are three types of Equip Cards.

- Possessed Equip Cards

- Field Cards

- Equip Cards

Equip cards are color-coded:

- Possessed Equip Cards = Red

- Field Cards = Light Green

- Equip Cards = Blue

Killer Cards

You can Set these cards on the field and activate them at any time after the start of your opponent's next turn. Killer Card types are identified by the card icons listed below. Killer Cards are color-coded Violet.

Stat Counters

Stat Counters are quarter-sized coins only used for the stats of any type of Normal, Possessed, Effected, and Mutated Monster Cards. Read the back of each codes to see how many points of that stat you must put.

Heres a rough test with gradients. heres the problem, I only have gradients in red, blue, green and silver, so some will has to go without. also, I couldn't get the round corners so this is gonna look pretty different cardtest.jpg

this is by no means final. the stat bar needs a lot of work, but I made some changes there too by adding abbreviations. I changed speed to SPD and I changed equip to EQ. I know I need a color change between sp. DEF and Equip, if you like this layout I can change it
