A Dog Dies from being mauled by a Mountain Lion, then the other Dog dies from not being with the Other Dog. The Movie's even harder to watch. ragnarok1945 Posted November 20, 2008 Report Share Posted November 20, 2008 In terms of books I'm still unsure, I'll say Stephen King's The Mist for now (the movie is technically based on the book, so it shouldn't count, and the films ending was actually made up, it did not happen in the book) as they had to drive into an unknown future with who knows what kind of monsters to deal with.
