However, Anime's such as Code Geass don't require a Manga to be adapted from, but those that do, such as Bleach and Naruto, sometimes end up with a filler in the mix. Regardless, Anime is better. (Cannot say Sig because I can make sigs with Manga scans), the manga has better storyline additions such as the other hideout in Death Note and Mello letting Near know it was him by eating a chocolate bar when interrograting Light's father.
