Actually; it does work for me.

 

For those to which it doesn't, basically, you're doing something wrong.

 

Try:

 

1) Releasing alt before releasing the Number 7. The bullet didn't appear for me until I released alt. So, make sure you're doing more than just tapping both Alt and 7.

 

2) Make sure your using your' NumPad. As in, the one to the right of the keyboard, not directly above it.

 

3) Make sure you have Num Lock on.

 

If it still doesn't work, then, suck. :P.

For me it only works in Normal monsters where you don't need them coz, you know they have no effect....except it is a Fortune teller witch (They don't have effect but that list of words thing)....T_T...not even in spells
