So, here are the first cards from the set. Card Text: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card may only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Election 2008." While this card is on the Field, you cannot control another "President Obama." Once per turn, you may Special Summon one "Joe Biden" from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard.
