Don't diss Mew.

Mew is pretty dumb, the only thing it is capable of doing is statting up and Baton Passing. At least Mewtwo can actually... attack.

Mew can learn any TM, of course it can attack.

With 100 Base Stats in ATK and SpATK, it isn't really capable of doing much, most of it's sets are defensive or Baton Passing. I do realize that it would work well with some STAB and S-E moves, but it doesn't work that well as a Sweeper. Darkrai and them work well because of their high ATK stat(s).
