Hey guy how do u you guys think of duskanor

I've done a limited amount of research on Dusknoir when I thought of having one on my team. Its Special Defense (and I think maybe Defence too) are in the higher end of the spectrum and it has a diverse move pool. Would I use it over most Ghosts? Yes.

Infernape can be used as a mixed special or physical threat' date=' why is he bad?

This is like with that Uber thing, you list a Pokemon's weaknesses, which is completely pointless. For example you've put Char up at the top. Well Charizard get's a swift slap by water, ROCK and electric. This obviously means it's a terrible Poke.

[/quote']

Not really, Infernape dies at the sight of Water, Psychic, Flying, and the overused Ground.

Also Dusknoir is a beast but haveing three attacking moves on him is just daft. Will-O-wisp and Pain Split first then worry about attacking moves.

That's why you switch Dark. If it's gonna die and you want to save it predict, switch then counter. Infernape powns because it has awesome speed and a great move pool. I don't use him becuase he doesn't work well with my style but he's really pownage on some teams. Plus there's so many ways to go with him no one knows what to expect. If you are just going to worry about a single Pokes weaknesses then you wont get very far, you need to think of them in a team concept. You can't just go writing off a sweeper because it has weaknesses. Infernape aren't even supposed to take hits they're supposed to hand them out.

Game Over Dark you can't argue with that.

one time when i was battling jasa and i had my spritomb and he would keep attack me so i use painspilt and his halth is red and mine is green thats my spritomb strategy

Pain Split on Spiritomb? Never thought of that.

i like Dusknoir because of fire ice thunder punchs he can learn

The punches are just physical versions of the three beams' date=' with less Base Power.

1.) It is PWN, not POWN.

2.) Sweepers are supposed to have awesome Speed, but not cr@ppy defenses.

3.) An ExtremeSpeed = dead monkey.

4.) I agree it is a good sweeper, but there are much better ones.

Duskoir is a Wall/Sponge. It's defences both have a max of 405. It's ATK sucks but there its not supposed to be good. You need Will-O-Wisp and Pain Split then two other moves that suit your team. Usually a Punch and Shadow Sneak but some use two Punches, all three is just daft because it sucks at using them.

Oh and Dark... grr. When I beat you, I'm going to make you admit you lost.

Orly?

Duskinor isn't all that good.

Dark' date=' do you have any suggestions to get PP right now?

[/quote']

Nope, do what you feel like. :D You are the PP leader as of now, so it is your choice.

new discussion

leval 1 chimchar vs leval 1 charmander with both 7 attack and 7defense

That is not really "discussion" worthy' date=' since it could be done with any Pokemon(s).

It depends on the moves and speed.

Not moves, as much, but moreso speed. But Speed does not matter if you have 0 attacking moves.

Hey Guys! What are we talking about here? I just wanted to ask you guys to rate my team so far in Pokemon Diamond. I have beaten the 6th Gym Leader and I've just started to head to Snowpoint City:

Infernape lv. 42

Luxray lv. 40

Roserade lv. 41

Floatzel lv. 40

Gastrodon lv. 40

Murkrow lv. 42

Is that good? Should it have been trained more? Please tell me.

Where is your Fire-type? Infernape needs to be 45+.

Where is your Water-type? Floatzel needs to be 43+.

Where is your Grass-type? Roserade is fine.

Take out the Gastrodon, and replace it with a Ramparados, if you can get your hands on one.
