I say Smeargle for a few reasons...

 

1.) You can cheat the system and get whatever move you want in a Double Battle.

2.) He gets the full PP of the move he copies.

Pokemon Trainer doesn't fight in any battles. Only the Pokemon fght! And I hate Sneasel and Weavile. Especially Weavile in Brawl.

So? The Pokemon Trainer doesn't really DO anything. And here are some of the few reasons I hate the Weavile/Sneasel chain...

 

1.) Has the ability to learn Psychic, Ghost AND Dark moves.

2.) Beat Up is a stupid attack.

3.) Weavile in Brawl is... annoying!

I get Weavile but Houndour and Houndoom can also use beat up I bet you hate them too

Houndour is really weird. I never caught one. Houndoom, on the other hand, is actually a pretty good sweeper. I only used it once, and it only killed one Manaphy. But, I hate the move Beat Up in general. It should at least be powered up depending on your total team's ATK.
