I was looking forward to a new support for my Plant Deck, but then I saw the Type which is... not exactly what I expected.:P

The positive things are that it's a Level 4 Tuner without any drawback and that it can be searched like for instance with "Reinforcement of the Army" (hope it's the right name, all my cards are in German or French, sorry:oops: ), but other than this, the effect seems a bit iffy to me.

Any advice about how to still make a decent use out of it?

Killer in Big City Synchro, I even built a deck around making the most of it's lv4 tuner status, using gravekeeper's spies and guards to sync up with it quickly for a lv8.

it adds much needed power to big city

the only thing good about this is that it is the only level 4 tuner in the TCG and that it is RotAble

Everything about it is good except the effect. If they removed the effect and made it Normal it would be a better card.

Only good thing about it is that it is a Tuner and Warrior.

 

These 2 thing however make this card useful in a few select decks. Out side of those it isn't good.

The effect is such that you could as well consider it a Normal. Due to that (and its relatively low ATK), the card itself wouldn't see play outside Warrior Toolbox, and even there, you'd better main something else than this.

Nobody cares about the effect! It's the fact that we have a lv4 tuner.

 

Like toni said, it's amazing in big city sync, and how about macro sync? This+D.D. survivor=lv8, whereas before people were usually forced to sync krebons or jutte fighter with survivor in macro sync and only have the option of goyo.
