The man simply hit the blade away in then kicked Xentas down the hall, causing him to hit the opposite end of the hallways wall. He turned into the room and walked up to the girl who owned the room and turned her around. He looked her in the eye, striking some small fear into her heart. He then let go of the woman and started to walk out of the room and back down the hallway. "I thought you may be the one who knew..." He said as he disappeared into a cloud of smoke once again. The man could be seen from the rooms window as he walked down another dark ally...

Just as the man was about to walk down the ally Xentas popped out from it and palmed the guy in the chest. Not to harm him of course but to push him back..."Your not the only one whose fast." He was about to continue but the shadow they first saw out the window flew in behind him. Xentas noticed and vanished in a flash came up behind it and kicked it towards the man he just pushed(ooc:Hisan i believe). Then he began to charge both of them.

Kyub's thoughts drifted as he awoke. The artificial light was hurting his eyes...

'Wait, what?!' He thought and opened his eyes. He was in a small apartment, with his sword lying on the bedside cabinet, and a small TV and couch on the other side of the room. The artificial light, it turned out, was the result of the seemingly self-lit walls.

'Damn it, it's too bright. I prefer the dark.' As the small thought passed through his head, the walls dimmed, and he could see again. He opened his eyes fully, and sighed.

"This is weird. I wonder where I am?" Upon saying this, he grabbed Wildheart and the keys lying on the couch, which he assumed were to the apartment, and stepped out the door, finding himself fully clothed. He looked around.

"Wow..." He said in slight awe. The buildings were tall. Very tall. Even his apartment building stood a good distance off the ground. He ran down the steps, and heard a shot. He looked to his left, and saw a building about 50 meters away. Up on one of the highest levels, three people stood at the window, each looking of different ethnicity.

"People? They look like they don't know what's going on either...wait, what is going on?" He asked himself, and his dream came back. The shadow, offering a contract...the chance to kill Rage...to get stronger.

"Guess it wasn't a dream. Oh well, let's get going!" Saying this, he focused, and using Hiten Mitsurugi, ran to the building, and using his momentum, sprinted up the wall, crashing through the window of the level where the people were at, glancing a man disappearing in dark smoke, and a man jumping after him.

"Well then." He said to the people standing.

"Where are we?"

Hisan flipped over the shadowy figure and Xentas, right as Xentas passed with his charge. Hisan through a small explosive at the ground and an explosion was generated that engulfed Xentas and the shadow. Hisan then started his walk back down the ally, and was out of sight and seemed to be out of the area...

Volf was not caught in the explosion and managed to follow Hisan out to the alley. Pulling Ragnell out he was ready to strike at any time. He shape shifted to a Shadower a being of the Shadow, able to practically turn invisible. With Ragnell still in hand he kept following Hisan knowing that he would not be able to spot him.

Xentas saw Hisan jump but didn't care much, after all Xentas was trying to avoid mayor conflict with anyone at the moment. A small explosion was set off behind him but his lightning fast momentum kept him out of the blast. *Forget him this shadow looks weird* he thought so it a swift swipe of his blade cut down the shadow which vanished into nothing. He then proceeded to the small explosion site to see what had happened.

Hisan landed on his feet and wasn't even fazed by Volfs pitiful attack. Hisan turned around and faced Volf. "I don't wish to kill you, but if your going to stand in my way I'll have to make it so your not a problem..." Hisan said in a cold dark tone of voice. Hisan turned around and started to walk away, if Volf wanted to ask him anything this would be his only time...

Hisan still didn't stop, after all now there was no need to, since this boy had seemed to be going at his pace now. "There are plenty of creatures and humans out there that would steal your armor and sell for a quick buck..." Hisan said as he still kept walking. "Here..." Hisan handed Volf a list of names and descriptions. "Thats all the suspicious characters and sellers I have seen since I have been here..." There seemed to be 23 people on the list...

Hisan stopped and of course this made Volf stop to. "No, I cannot help you at this point in my quest..." Hisan started back to walking again. "Ours are 2 conflicting paths that need not cross just yet, for I have someone I need to find...." Hisan explained in his dark cold tone of voice. Hisan handed Volf another item and then vanished in cloud of smoke. The item was a small explosive with the words "Take Care" written on the sides of it...

Volf thought "Fair enough, but I won't give you a way back." Volf continued his walk and put the explosive in his pocket. Volf now knew someone that he could trust at least a little. Volf then found a suspicious person around the street.

Volf: Have you seen a 3-Ton DeathKnight armor some where?

???: So what if I had?

Volf grabbed the man by his collar and lifted him up.

Volf: You will tell me.

???: Ya, ya I sold it at that thrift store!

Volf: Where?

The man handed Volf a map.

Volf: Ok then... Farewell...

Volf then stabbed the man with Ragnell; blood on his jacket. He followed the map...

OOC: I sense Godmodding.

IC: Kyub raised an eyebrow at the fight in the warehouse. He had jumped down and watched the fight, then followed Volf to the seller. Seeing him stab the seller, he raised an eyebrow.

"A violent man, then." Walking over to the wounded man, he placed his foot on the man's chest, holding him down.

"What was that guy looking for?" He asked. He was curious where this may lead.

"A-a-a DeathKnight armor! I told him I sold it at the thrift shop!" The man was going blue from lack of blood.

"Okay. Do you know where I can find a man called Rage?" The man's eyes widened.

"R-rage? Y-yeah, e-e-everyone knows him. He likes the-the-" In the middle of his sentence, the man suddenly coughed up blood, and fell silent. He was dead.

"Damn." Kyub said to himself. He almost had the lead. But no, that was too easy...

"Okay. That guy, Volf, I think had a list of suspicious people. So, if I get that list, I might find Rage..." Without another word, Kyub set off in Volf's direction. He had a DeathKnight armor to find.

OOC: This is getting interesting.

Volf turned a corner, he saw the thrift store. It turns out the thrift store wasn't that far away. He just needed a password. Volf walked up and opened the door; it was raining outside so he shook the water away. Volf walked up to the store owner.

Volf: Do you have Death Knight armor?

SO: Yes, yes I do but it costs a pretty penny...

Volf took Ragnell and pointed it to the Store Owners face.

Volf: Your life for the Death Knight armor...

SO: Ok, ok!

The store owner went to the back and slide the Death Knight armor to were Volf was.

Volf: Good...

Volf took Ragnell and sliced the man in the neck. Volf then began to put on his armor with dark magic.

"This is getting interesting," Ayaska thought.

Already a large number of people had popped up, none of them knowing where or when they where but Ayaska was certain that the stranger she encountered had something to do with it. With silk grace she hopped from the window, falling several stories towards the ground and vanishing in a cloud of dark smoke seconds before hitting the floor and reappearing again in the same fashion in a crouched position having just landed.

"Tch, I should probably stop using Shundo-Jutsu when I'm falling," she muttered, getting up.

She looked about, the city seeming as dark and deserted as ever.

"There has to be someone here who knows what's going on," she muttered.

She set off at a quick run, vanishing occasionally within her dark cloud and reappearing again a split second later several meters from where she vanished. If she could find someone, anyone in this city who knew what was going on then it wouldn't take her long to sort out this mess. Right now her mission was clear, there was no doubt in her mind that the dark creatures that attacked her home came from this world and only by finding the shadowy figure who sent her here would she find the reason behind their attack.

She stopped after a few minutes, finding herself in what looked like some sort of town square. Long rows of what looked like shops lined the streets and even these where taller than the grandest of palaces. Curiously she entered one of them, a short bell chiming as she entered. Apparently these shops where some sort of equipment dealers. She'd spied a set of armor in a window across the road but the weapons in here looked far more high tech than what she was used to.

"Lookin' for somethin'?"

Ayaska turned around, noticing a grubby looking man with neatly combed hair, and untamed stubble and a shallow grin on his face.

"?" Ayaska asked.

The man paused...frowning.

"" he said in fluent Japanese.

Ayaska blinked, confused. The man raised a finger, signaling for her to wait for a moment. He walked off to one of the shelves and produced a strange device that looked something like a hearing aid, although to Ayaska she'd never seen anything of the sort. He held it out in front of Ayaska and indicated his ear. Ayaska guessed she had to attach it there and so she did, wondering what it was.

"Better?" The man asked.

"What's this supposed to do?" Ayaska asked.

"Language filter," the man replied "Consider it a bonus, I'm guessing you're late 16th century Japanese from Earth in the Triple Z region, correct?"

"What do you mean by that?" Ayaska asked.

"As in you're far from home my dear," the man said "But I'm afraid I can't explain any more, you must find that out for yourself. In the meantime why don't you browse my wares?"

Ayaska glanced about.

"I'll stick with what I have, thanks," she said "In any case, I don't have any money for this place."

"Any money is fine," the man said "You can simply steal it from your opponents."

"What?!"

"Good day," the man said, vanishing almost as soon as he left.

Ayaska stared at the spot he'd been for a second and then walked out of the shop, not completely confused.
