tonisanoob
okay a lot of ppl have been askign what this is basically garis in handjowgen the spiritualist on the fieldcockroach night on top of deck win and if your goign to be that picky about thisyou can get knight ontop via a feather of a pheonix btw this otk was created by my yugioh mentor simon mcgoldrick im sure some of you will kno who that is=]
「tea.leaf」
Knight will go on top of the deck by itself, so long as it goes to the Graveyard; Feather is thus unnecessary. Foolish Burial is a better option. I love how you can set this up in one turn if you have Garis, Jowgen and Foolish in your hand.
tonisanoob
exactly its basically the most consistent otk out there also i never thot of foolish ;)

Valkyrie Lupia Blitzer
I thought there was a Garis OTK. Then I thought I was wrong. Then you reminded me of cards that can block Special Summons. This makes me pleased. :) Btw, I just lost the game :(
bury the year
Lemme get this straight: 1) Activate Garis' effect, revealing Cockroach Knight.2) Garis' effect inflicts 200 x 3, or 600 damage to your opponent, and sends Cockroach to the Graveyard.3) Cockroach returns to the top of your Deck by its effect.4) Garis tries to Special Summon, but Jowgen/Pachy keeps him in hand.5) Repeat, inflicting 600 damage each go.6) Win. I'm so trying this out. Once I can design a good Worm Grimoire deck.

Azuh
The problem is, you gotta be pretty lucky to know if Cockroach Knight is on top of your Deck -Deep Diver, Convulsion of Nature, Plaguespreader Zombie are some suggestions
tonisanoob
or sent it to the grave via foolish burial or stick it on top via a feather of the pheonix

Exiro
Interesting... Normally, we would have to take the following ruling into account:# While this card is on the field neither player can activate "Scapegoat"' date=' "Monster Reborn", "Call of the Haunted", "Magical Hats", "Dedication through Light and Darkness", or any other card that Special Summons a monster.[/quote'] However, I wonder if the following ruling can be applied here:When you activate Snipe Hunter’s effect' date=' there is no guarantee that it will destroy a card because the die roll decides the outcome. Because of that uncertainty, it is not possible to chain Stardust Dragon’s effect.[/quote'] I guess we'll have to wait for a ruling.
Skuldur
i don't think you can activate it's effect because of the ruling Exiro posted but we'll just have to wait.
sbdnate
its not guarantied that he will be special summoned so i figure it would be like snipe hunter...
GenzoTheHarpist
Yeah see, but the problem there is that you can't chain Stardust since you have to respond to the ACTIVATION, at which point it is undecided. In this case, the activation is left to go free, and the summon itself is inhibited even though the effect resolved.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Jowgen is not Stardust. Stardust you would have to chain its effect, while Jowgen's effect is continuous.
Exiro
Jowgen is not Stardust. Stardust you would have to chain its effect' date=' while Jowgen's effect is continuous.[/quote'] True... Guess we'll need another example to take the ruling from. Are there any other cards that have a chance to special summon themselves (or other monsters) when their effect activates?
