Guest Chaos Pudding
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Lost_Star_Descent If this thing only stops effects while the card that it Summoned is on the field, then I can see this thing having a little bit of use. As it stands, however, it's situational, yet semi-chainable. I'm tempted just to say, "Horrible," and move on with my life, but something is stopping me. Discuss. Akira
1 off tribute support/CoSR abuse/synchro material at BEST, but to be honest.. horrible.

Akira
A stardust dragon with 0 defence that's stuck in defence mode might as well not be a stardust dragon..
iAmNateXero
^Um, why? Bring it back, and hopefully use its effect to revive it to normal status. Also, Arms Aid is the perfect target for this card.

Guest PikaPerson01
/Buster bait, CoSR, tribute bait, Synchro Bait (SS Goyo. E-Tele for Krebons. Tune for Black Rose. Field Nuke. Normal summon). I guess if you need it for any one of the above uses you could give it a go, but there are better ways to do it.

Fh-Fh
It looks they said "lets make a Monster Reborn for synchros!" but while consructing... "Magic card is too good. Lets make it a trap." "Hmm. Synchros have good effects. Lets negate them." "Wait, they are still beatsticks. Put em' in defense." "But the player could just switch it next turn. Keep it there forever." "It still acts as a wall. Make DEF 0." "Synchro food! It still is Synchro food! Change the level!" "Well this card is a peice of crap. Should we even release it? What use does it have?" (long silence) "Busters?" "Hahahahahahaa!!!" (long silence) "Sure, why not."
