Also, there should be a way, when a person joins YCM, they are taken to the rules, and are forced to give a test after they read it, to make sure that they know the rules.

Besides, people will still report attatchment threads, meaning you'll still get messages about the threads being reported.

 

If you actually want to get something done, try to get YCMaker to remove the attatchments option and just post a forum announcement elaborating on how exactly to post cards.
