I've started building a Gigaplant Deck

That's what I have so far. I gotta find my third Blazewing so I can add that. I'd like to add two more Nitro Synchron, but I don't have any at the moment.

 

Does anyone have any ideas of what to add?

No on the Astekipede, unless you plan on running Burial.

 

Dark Resenator in Gigaplant is no. Run 3 Nettles

 

Obtain Grasschopper because it's Future Fusion/Dragon's Mirror Fodder, and that + Nettles = 7 Star Tuner

 

Obtain Synchros

 

I don't know about the Nitro Synchron >_>

 

Obtain Tytanial Princess of Camellias

 

At the end of it, your deck should look like this.

 

Total: 42

 

Monsters: (20, 21, or 22 depening on what you go with.)

3x Gigaplant

3x Lonefire Blossom

3x Blazewing Buttefly

3x UFO Turtle

3x Nettles

2x Grasschopper

1x or 2x Tytanial Princess of Camellias

1x Breaker

1x Neo Spacian Grand Synchro Pwner

1x Sangan

..And maybe a Morphing Jar or a Snipe Hunter

 

Spells: (15 or 16)

3x Swing of Memories

3x Whatever spell you think works best. Possibly Hand Destruction or DWD.

2x CosR

2x Dragon's Mirror

1x Future Fusion

1x Storm

1x MST

1x LV

1x Monster Reborn

..And maybe a Stall Card. Like SoRL or something

 

Traps:

 

Now, you can go different ways with traps. You can either go Royal Decree (Cheaper Version) or Solemn w/ Reckless Engine.

 

Reckless Engine w/ Solemn:

Traps: (7)

3x Solemn

3x Reckless

1x TT

 

Decree Engine:

Traps(6)

3x Decree

2x Reckless

1x TT

 

After that, you should have around 40, but if you don't, add in some stuff that you think will work. Gigaplant decks usually work around testing your deck and learning your play style, and working around with that.

 

Sexy Plants are Sexy.

 

EDIT: Nitro Syncrhon might be a viable option, because it's searchable with UFO Turtle.

Once I get two Nitro Synchron, I'll take Dark Resonator out.

I have one Grasschopper. I might use it.

 

Obtain Synchros

 

The Extra Deck will have one Red Dragon's Archfiend, one Nitro Warrior, and one Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth because those are the only Synchros that I have access to right now. (I have two Junk Warrior, but I'm not going to use Junk Synchron in the Deck, so it's pointless to use Junk Warrior in the Deck.)

I don't have a lot of valuable cards, so I don't know if I'll be able to trade for a Tytanial Princess of Camellias.

 

I didn't really look at the Deck List you posted because I don't want to netdeck a Gigaplant Deck, I just want some assistance with building one.

SoRL isnt that great in this format. I wouldnt worry about it.

 

I would go for a set of Threatening Roars instead. Chainability is good in this format.
