HORUS
okay, my brother always uses blue eyes ultimate dragon, and once he fusion summons it, and i destroy it really easily, he tries to special summon it from the graveyard with call of the haunted. can he do that? Serrenox
No he may not do that. He can call of the haunted a Blue Eyes but not a Blue Eyes Ultimate or any other fusion card. At least that's what I think.
Purple Dinosaur
Actually, he can...Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon has no effect...If the card would have said "This card can only be summoned by fusion summon" then he cannot but otherwise...You can COTH an ultimate dragon... Serrenox
I'm pretty sure that in order to summon Blue Eyes Ultimate again he needs to sacrifice 3 Blue Eye's.
OrangePeel
I'm pretty sure that in order to summon Blue Eyes Ultimate again he needs to sacrifice 3 Blue Eye's. nope you can send him from your fusion deck then special summon with a card like Call of the Haunted if you wanted. Rollcage
He can. Although I was pretty sure you actually had to have fusion summoned it first before you can COTH it..
OrangePeel
nope no where on the card does it say anything about fusion summoning it.
Sulker
That sucks. Ugh. I don't think fusion cards should be able to be special summoned. ANY OF THEM. Ugh.

Quagmire_jr
i saw this in the rulebook, and it was relly weird so i remembered it: if it was fusion summoned, then he can summon it fromt he graveyard. but if it was summoned by a card effect, like a hex-sealed-fusion, then it cant. Quagmire_jr
which rule book? dont remember which rulebook, but i saw it again under either some hex-sealed-fusion on the individual card rulings section.
Sartorius
Or if you simply have it existing in your graveyard, you may special summon it with any card that can special summon it whether it was summoned or not. Prem, Call, Monster Reborn, The Creator and more can all Special Summon it from the grave.
