Anime style card please

This card can not be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned exept by paying 1000 Life Points.

This card can not be destroyed by any card on the field for 200 Life points per turn.When this card is destroyed increase your Life Points by 300 for each card on the Field.

Once per turn you can use this card effect to create 1 Giving Token

The Token Can give its "Attack" to any monster on the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 1000 Life Points. By paying 200 Life Points per turn, this card is not destroyed by battle or by the effects of Spells, Traps, and Monster Card Effects. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, increase your Life Points by 300 for each card on the field. Once per turn, Special Summon 1 "Giving Token" (face-up Attack Position/Spellcaster-Type/LIGHT/LEVEL 4/ATK 500/DEF 500) to your side of the field. By tributing 1 "Giving Token" on your side of the field, increase the ATK of 1 monster on your field by 500.
