OCG on the ritual cards is off...My ritual cards (the ones I own) say:

 

"This card is used to Ritual Summon "". You must offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand."

 

The monster then should say:

 

"This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "". You must also offer monsters whose Level Stars equal or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand."

After that, you can then add the rest of the effect. That's about all I can say...the OCG on them is wrong, the OCG on the others are probably also wrong (I don't know for sure, ask someone else). The images are interesting, though.

 

EDIT: Oh, also, I don't think there are quick-play or equip trap cards. Both of them should be changed to magic cards if you want those types of effects.
