pack image is a bit pixelly, and the splice is impossible im sorry

i will look on pokesho for alternate sprites so i can get it done.

EDIT: Pokesho isnt loading, so the splice will take a loooong time.

pack is done, image bg was fuzzy, couldnt fix it :?
