How do you change the border collor?

You can either select different types of cards or use paint.

Paint!?thats the most horrible recolor tool since it can take a few months(years) to recolor just one card.use GIMP or PS and find a tut(like mine) and use that instead,it's way faster(around a good 5-10 minutes compared to a few months)

Use a good software, that's all I can tell you.

umm,paint has not colorize features so changing the colors of the card will take a month or so since you need to replace every single pixel correctly to make it look cool.

Well no, you just need to select every bit of the picture that you wish to change.

 

Besides, everybody uses Photoshop, or a pseudo-Photoshop program like GIMP.
