Card's that I did today, only CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, you don't follow this rule on my thread than I'll give you a negative point!

 

First off Jigsaw Billy from the popular Horror movie SAW:

 

When this card comes into play, choose up to five Trap cards you control on the field and on your hand, add all of those trap card effects onto this card, your opponent must pay 1000 life points per Trap card you chose for this card's effects if he or she wants to declare an attack on any of your monsters -0R- your opponent may choose one of these effects:

1.) Destroy a monster to declare an attack on one of your monsters.

2.) Roll a six-sided die and call the number, if your opponent didn't roll on the number he or she chosen, your opponent removes five card from their deck time the number on that six-sided die in order for them to declare an attack on your monsters.

3.) Your opponent must discard their hand in order to declare an attack on you.

Pay 4000 life points so your opponent must do all of the above effects in order for them to declare an attack on one of your monsters.

 

Characters from one of my favorite anime's BLEACH:

 

As long as this card is faced up on your side of the field, monsters you control with the type "Human Soul Reaper" gets +300 ATK and DEF and SPIRIT monsters your opponent controls when declaring an attack on any of your HUMAN SOUL REAPER monsters their ATK is reduced by -1000 until end of turn.
