JG.
Dialga + Arceus No offense, but it's not very good. I don't know why. The borders aren't that good and some other stuff.
Jappio
As stated, color choice seems pretty bad. Generally yellow is a color that you have to be careful with. It's probably the number 1 color that bothers a person's eyes. You have to be careful and choose the right things and shades when using it. Half the time this is decided by what other colors are don't too. The tiel like color and purple color and the sickly green all don't match well with yellow. As far as the splicing goes, it would have gone better. The head has a ton of errors by the look of it, one of them being the shading. The other being the bordering. THe last being the awkward positioning. The chest plate also seems pretty roughed up. Some of these things are caused by you poor choice in coloring and how you must have done it. All over the head is that ugly brownish shade. It's too much, there shouldn't be that much dark shading on it. The shaded on the metallic parts could be better too. In general there are too many colors too. Pokemon sprites can't hold that many different shades. You should have altered the color of the ring going around it, the tail color, everything. You also have a bunch of weird borders and mixed pixels you could have fixed up and paid attention to. Rushing isn't going to make the sprite good.
