Make a VANILLA card with the type, then the subtype, copy, and paste it on PS.
[/img] 3. Zoom in, then use the Eliptical Marquee tool to circle the attribute star. Then, switch back to rectangular marquee tool. Hold SHIFT, then select the border and sticker, then hold SHIFT again and box around the picture. Finally, hold shift and carefully use multiple selections to go around the effect box, then zoom out.
4. Okay, when you zoom out, use the select inverse. It should look like
5. Okay, now change to Hue/ Saturation to whatever you want.NO PICTURE. 6. Okay, now for the stars. Okay, for the stars, copy the card again, paste it on another image window in PS, and zoom in. Now, switch to Eliptical Marquee tool and select one of the stars (Make sure it is almost perfectly selected). Next, copy it and paste it over the colored stars on the card, and BOOM! You have a custom sub-type. NOTE: This is also known as the recolor tut, but this is for sub-types. You can use it for both. I hope this has helped you ^_^
Jovi Siagian
It's not so realistic if you use a Vanilla card as a base.

moneypony
can't you just combine one of the 2 sub-type tuts with Spirit's recolor tut and already make one?and i agree, vanillas are bad for recoloring because of the text.
