A monster with a Static Counter cannot attack or change its Battle Position. Static Counters are removed 2 turns after the Static Counters were placed. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot attack a Thunder-Type monster.
