Sykes whipped his cloak back so that the other man could see his face. "We're both freelancers, we should be able to take and do jobs together, how about it?" Sykes said with a dark and cold tone of voice. "Don't worry about the credits I will only be taking a 4th of them..." Sykes finished his statement....

The man considered the stranger's tone and thought to himself for abit. Is this guy really trying what he says he implies?

"You are too generous, but it would be selfish of my to agree to you taking a 4th of payments. I say, we would split the payments half and half." He suggested, still sensing something strange within the stranger. "But the careful thing to notice is whether or not I'll accapt your general offer. But no worries, I guess I can give it a try." he finished, but noticing he left a loop. "I still would like some time to rest though, as you probably need as well, as I expect you to have traveled far."

"I'm too late." Haltero eyed the slain beast, and blessed it's torn soul. "May he rest in peace." He turned to walk back to the shores, as a cold wind hit him violently in the back, nearly sweeping him off of his feet. "What the hell? Who's there?" Haltero shrugged it off, and headed back towards the shores. Two men sat on it's rugged plains. He stood back to the side of the mountain, listening in. He peeked his head around the edge of the mountain, to get a better hear. "Job? What are these guys, bounty hunters?"

ooc: Yes your in, sorry if I never said accepted.

Sykes sat down so he could be on eye level with the man he had just joined force with. "It seems we have an unintended guest, what should we do..." Sykes said in yet again his dark and cold tone of voice, but whispering this time. Sykes waited for an answer as he got into a casual sitting position as not to tip of there guest...

Drago and Tori were wandering about the forest looking for any more monsters but found none. Drago sighed and pat Tori on the head and said, "Listen boy. I'm going out to see were all these monsters are coming from. Stay here and guard the forest 'kay?" Tori nodded and headed back to Drago's house. When Tori was gone, Drago looked down because he knew he might not come back.

The cloaked woman whipped her hood back and stared angrily at Drago. "Well, Drago, my master doesn't seem to want you around much. What does that mean for you and me? You get to die, and I get to be your killer!" The woman said as she smirked an evil smirk. "My name is Vincra, now lets just take that little life of yours!" Vincra fired a blast of dark energy at Drago...

Sykes stood up, with his hood still over his face so the stranger couldn't see his face. "Well if you present yourself as an ally why not remove your hand from your weapon..." Sykes said as he tried to identify the strangers true intentions. "How bout you present your name to us, and if we decide to trust you we will present ours..."

Vincra's hand glowed black and she melted into a puddle of black ooze and then reassembled a few feet away from Drago. "Well my friend how bout we discuss that at your funeral? Del Cas!" Two black hands grabbed Drago and Tori. "Now why don't you die? Cas Del!" The two black hands rose high in the air and threw Drago and Tori to the ground...

Sykes didn't whip his hood of as he did with Meti when they first meet. "My name is Sykes, my last name is of no importance. I am a freelancer, taking jobs whenever and wherever." Sykes still wanted a piece of information from Haltero, mainly what his profession was....

Drago summoned more vines to soften their fall. Drago got up and whistled. After a few moments, the entire forest came to life with animal noises. "Heh, I told you I've lived here most of my life. I've made a few friends over the years. All the animals in these woods are coming here. From the fastest wolf to the lowliest insect. I'll call them off if you want to live."

"Freelancer are you? I've no jobs of my own other than the duty of war. I've been called by the gods to help restore the peace to these lands, and I will do so; I will cut down anyone who stands in my way." Haltero leaned roughly against a large boulder. "Why do you hide your face from me Sykes? A man is best remembered for who he is, not what he was hiding."

Sykes lowered his hood and then gave a small smirk. "We should be able to handle ourselves just fine. So tell me, Haltero, what class do you pray yourself to be. Judging by your weapon choice and body build there is no way you are also a freelancer..." Sykes said to Haltero and of course still in his cold dark tone...

"Pfft you think a few animals can stop me and my master! Plane Shift..." All of a sudden Drago, Tori, and Vincra we're in a baron wasteland. "This is a field where freelancers practice there explosive arts. There are no animals here, aside from the occasional wounded wolf..." Vincra made her hand glow black and she slammed the ground. A huge pulse of darkness shook the ground rapidly generating towers of black energy that starts to wipe out everything in there path...

As soon as Meti heard the word "warrior" presude from Haltero's mouth. He drew one of his black bladed longswords from his back-shieth and swiped the ground near Haltero's feet, as to make him jump. "Don't ever call me a warrior. A warrior is one who fights for bloodshed. A soldier is one who serves to protect. I would best be called Meti Crystale, a former soldier from the Empirial Force. I was one of their Captains." He explained in an angry tone, as his eyes dashed with a purple strike.
