How to Put Attachments

I don't understand how to put attachments on posts. I thought I figured it out once, but I didn't... Someone, please help!

don't put attachments,i recommend you upload the image somewhere else and use the img tag

and btw,the attachment thing is a the bottom of post a thread.

Put the Image URL in the attachments box thing at the bottom.

 

But I reccomend using IMG Tags instead, you're supposed to.

When you go to post(Not a quick post) all the way at the bottom of the box there is a thing that says "attachments". Click brose and select an image. When you post there will be an attachment.

I want to put something from the paint program on one of my posts and I wasn't sure if I could use IMG tags for that. I know attachements are bad, so stop saying it! I know how to use IMG tags! Thx for answering my question though.

I meant that didn't fully answer my question. I knew it was at the bottom, but I didn't know what to do after that.
