This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 1 face-up "Testifier" on your side of the field as a tribute. Once per-turn before your opponent's draw phase declare a card type ( monster, spell, trap). If they drew the selected card type the must discard it to the graveyard and draw again. This process continues until the draw a card other than the selected card type.
