This is completely IRL with the exception of one or two cards. Please don't suggest Allures because I don't plan on getting them due to lack of funds and a job. I will get Villages when I can but that won't be till the Holidays.

Because Exemplar needs only one spell to sync into Tempest.

I contemplated your post and decided that posting this is enough.

 

TToC and TGElf are all bad because they're support for ONE card in your list that's run in twos. Now if you had Marionette and Library it would be justified but not as support for ONE card run in twos.

 

And again, I don't exactly agree with your monster line-up because Guard is meh, TGElf is bad, and Mystic Tomato adds more Night's abuse. And I don't have Dark Red =/.

 

I don't like your spells because of TToC, but otherwise it's the line-up I used for this deck.

 

Your trap line-up is meh too. Mind Crush and Dustshoot are phasing out of this format, being somewhat situational and stuff. Also, I only have two Solemns. Magician's Circle would be nice, but I'd have to find them, I can't find them in binders at locals or regs. BTH and CED are both awesome tech and both should be run.

 

You also threw out the Apprentice Engine and just left the Night's End for Apprentice to fetch, and they won't get their effects from Apprentice.

you are aware that toon table on contents can search itself meaning that once tempest is sent to the grave you have 1 card which you canuse to summon tempest again. if you don't like dark red you could always neg that and cyber for Magical Marionette. also before you start flamming toon elf, remember that elf when it inflicts damage forces your opponent to discard, and with the three Magical Dimension you can easily get past the waiting 1 turn to attack. your right about the mind crush / and dustshoot being phased out however until you have village hand control seems a better use of deck space. also about circle if you cant find them this is what i would do first change them for magic drain, neg both Ap' magicians ( ol yer i do know that Ap' magicians effect wont activate night ends effect ) add 1 mystic tomato and add sangan/ snipe.

First off, your grammar is atrocious, it's like you never passed 3rd grade.

 

Second, I know TToC can search itself but again, it's all support for the two Exemplar, who, under your list, have no good targets except Night's End. So yeah, put 6 Counters on it, with no targets. Toon Elf is mehh, LOL I DISCARD!! So can Don Zaloog and Spirit Reaper, there are much better Spellcasters in the game and hand control is bad this format because everything wants their cards in the graveyard. That is why I'm opting Raiza over Thestalos. Kycoo is so much better, but until emo funking gives me my Kycoos back, I'm running this without them. Hand Control is horrible this format, Glads want their dead glads back in the deck, LS wants their cards in the graveyard, and Tele-DaD wants their cards in the graveyard. It's just not good. And you're so pro chucking out the Apprentice Engine, which, fuels field presence and let OVM and Crystal Seer run wild.

 

Finally, go back to 3rd grade and pass English. My English teacher would "throw you out a window" if she saw this, thank god there are no windows in our classroom. >.>

I would have kept it in even if it did only get night end because you can abuse it with tempest so for 1 card to could keep on using dark red effect. btw why do you keep on bringing up the stuff about hand control being dead? I know all how other decks in this format are not dead, but hand control never had synchros before that is why i would test them to see if they work.

It does nothing to hinder Tele-DaD, Plants, Zombies, or LS. All of tehm want cards in the graveyard, and you're fueling it.

 

I know all how other decks in this format are not dead, but hand control never had synchros before that is why i would test them to see if they work.

Innovation is only good when the innovation is not entirely stupid. Hand Control gets little help from Synchros so therefore it's a bad innovation.

No, Kycoo>Toon Gemini Elf. Night's End>Kycoo. Double Crow that hits anytime it's Special Summoned is better than a Battle induced single crow.
