~/Coolio Prime\~
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Needle_Worm Subject: I always found this take out 1/7 of your opponent's deck aspect rather interesting. But with so much milling nowadays is this card's effect better or worse now...or even both? Also: Think about this card in combination with cards like- -Aztekipede the Worm Warrior/Doom Dozer-Shallow Grave-Disappear
J-Max
Book of Moon + This card makes for easy Re-use. Also with The Shallow Grave you can then Flip it. A very dangerous Deck Destruction card.

Sander
Care to elaborate? This card kinda liek, screams free mill for your op, AND it's a flip card which makes it even more slower.

Azuh
Milling an opponents deck doesnt help anymore It only makes your opponent stronger, sadly, i really loved seeing all those cards disappear
Phantom Roxas
I can't believe I lost to this card on DMU. It's a flip card, so it's pretty slow.
werewolfjedi
I still find it sad that flip is considered slow. anyway, great monster for a mill deck, but you are better off not using it if your not running a mill deck. mill decks work if you do it right, but you have to hope they don't get lucky and you mill only the filler. mill is not usally run because of the fact that people think sending your oppoent's cards to grave helps them more than you, but there is also the fact that there isn't quite enough mill to make an effective mill deck. you have to use the same old stuff, and it has been beat. Mr. Judgment Dragon
Book of Taiyou, Book of Moon barely save this card in this format. Right now, its too slow to be effective enough and against Decks that love mill (Lightsworn), the idea of helping your opponent isnt that appealing to me. Overall, save this for another format. CrabHelmet
Milling the opponent's deck = bad. Mathematically speaking, this is true.
Skuldur
only use in Morphing loop. Otherwise milling your opponent's deck=bad
Lazer Yoshi
Meh Card, but ruled back then. Deck Destruction Decks probably don't do so Good anymore... maybe XDAnd as a Flipper, slow for the Effect.Meh/Card.
Darkerai
Why is it that everyone just seems to take one look at a card and say it's trash if it isn't bluntly obvious that it generates advantage!!!!!! Look beyond the obvious see its true use. Although no matter what I say someones going to flame me anyway but still this plus more mill against lightsworn or even against/use with macro deck... Yes, it does help your opponent to generate advantage by giving them free Wulves. Why do you want that? If you're arguing that it gives you advantage, you don't know what card advantage means. The duelist that won the last World Championship used Gladiator Beast Andal. He probably knew that Gladiator Beast Andal wouldn't generate any advantage for him. Needle Worm isn't a bad card, but it's not a good card in a format where Dark Armed Dragon decks and Lightsworn decks are top-tier.

You intend to counter a Lightlord deck through reverse-mill? You intend to counter a Macro deck by removing its cards from play? Have fun moving your opponent closer to victory. robthebru
Needle Worm does have its uses in certain decks, but with the way Tele-DAD and Glad. Beast are running, there's no need for it, unless you're running a flip deck. Even then, there are ways to stop it (Royal Command).

robthebru
Just because I barely joined the site, doesn't mean I learned how to play the game the very same day. I just used Royal Command as an example. I didn't say it was the best way to stop said Needle Worm.
