Well done! The Pichu-Crobat looks unreal as Pichu still has legs and arms. Remove them and you're good to go.

Remove Pibat's feet, they look badly positioned

The 2nd just looks really awkward and unnatural

Hopleaf has screwed up shading and is simple

The Pichu+Crobat is pretty ugly. The wings don't seem to match at all, and are some type of ugly add on. The color choice for the inside of the wings could have been a ton better. Your recoloring in general needs work too, you didn't recolor a ton of the borders. As suggested before, perhaps removing the feet or something might help.

 

The next one isn't too bad, but once again your lack of recoloring has messed it up. I see random green and tan everywhere, it just really makes this splice a lot less than it could be.

 

The last one is kind of sad. I mean all you did was add those leaves. It's not really a splice, but a nuzleaf with a wear leaf abnormality. You should have also made them at least green, I mean making them tan just makes them look very weird and it doesn't work that well either. They also could have been put on better.

 

Work on coloring and the amount that you bring over. As you are now, you're only making a few slight changes.
