Father Wolf
If i have just summoned Necrofear and my opponit activates bottomless trap hole and destroys and removes him does he get to come back and take a monster? i was woundering sence necrofear doesnt stait where he goes. Dark NecrofearDarklvl 82200/2800 This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, or by your opponent's card effect, it is treated as an Equip Spell Card at the end of the turn. Equip 1 of your opponent's monsters with this card. As long as it is equipped with this card, you control the selected monster. Bottomless Trap HoleTrapNormalWhen your opponent Normal Summons, Flip Summons, or Special Summons a monster with an ATK of 1500 or more, the monster is destroyed and removed from play. OrangePeel
"When this card is destroyed as a result of battle" bottomless trap hole doesn't destroy it by battling it. so no it will not come back.
Father Wolf
please read the rest of the card. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, or by your opponent's card effect
Robofish
Bottomless Trap HoleTrapNormalWhen your opponent Normal Summons, Flip Summons, or Special Summons a monster with an ATK of 1500 or more, the monster is destroyed and removed from play. 2 Options:1.He is removed, but he was destroyed by effect and therefore he(dark necrofear) comes back and steal your opponent's monster.2.He is removed from play so he cannot be equip spell card if he is not in game. HORUS
i played a Necrofear Return deck from the time Necrofear came out to very recently, and the ruling is that with Bottomless, it does not return with its effect.
