BOO! The young “future of Smackdown” Dolph Ziggler is shown on the TitanTron. He is standing in Vickie Guerrero’s office, dressed in his usual wrestling attire. Vickie Guerrero is sitting on the couch, ready to listen to what he has to say.

“Hi…” He extends his hand. “I’m Dolph Ziggler.” A big grin lines his face as Vickie seems a bit annoyed.

“I don’t have time for games. We have a big Contract Signing scheduled for later tonight, and I have to make sure everything is in order. What do you want?”

“You see, that’s the reason I’m here. I know that because of the Contract Signing you don’t have a “Main Event” per say scheduled for tonight. Don’t worry, though, I am Dolph Ziggler, and I am the future of Smackdown. I have a plan. Tonight, before the Contract Signing, I’m going to go out to that ring and issue an Open Challenge to any Superstar in the Smackdown Locker Room that wants to step up and face me. I just hope that my victory doesn’t get higher ratings than your Contract Signing. It’s likely, although it would be a shame.”

Ziggler smiles again and exits the office. Vickie Guerrero sits on the couch for a moment, a bit puzzled.

Bright blue fireworks explode vertically between the stage and the TitanTron as we’re five days removed from a historic Backlash. The crowd is really fired up and ready for some awesome action.

”Good evening and welcome—to Friday Night Smackdown! This is Good Ol’ J.R. Jim Ross alongside Tazz, and we are here in the famous Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut!”

”Man J.R. this arena is packed and the crowd is d*mn sure exicted! We’ve got a huge night ahead of us!”

”How bout what we just heard moments ago? The Self-Proclaimed – if you will- “Future of Smackdown” Dolph Ziggler plans to hold an Open Challenge Match tonight!”

Dolph Ziggler’s Open Challenge [Tonight]

”I said it on Superstars, and I’ll say it again here tonight! Dolph Ziggler is a future World Champion! Whoever answers his challenge tonight is in for a big surprise if they think victory will come easy!”

”Dolph Ziggler may be arrogant, but he has the skills – and recently the victories – to back it up. This kid holds pinfall victories over Chris Jericho, The Undertaker, and The Great Khali. It doesn’t take much more than that to prove that you’re a top player.”

”Speakin of top players, we’re gonna hold a Contract Signing tonight for the WWE Championship Match at Judgment Day!”

WWE Championship Match Contract Signing [Tonight]

”Like him or not, Chris Jericho earned the right to face CM Punk at Judgment Day. Many people – myself included – don’t like the way he went about doing it, but a victory is a victory in this business.”

”Come on, J.R.! Jericho saw the opportunity, and he seized it. What’s wrong with that?”

”What’s wrong with that? How about the fact that Chris Jericho attacked The Hurricane with a steel chair while The Hurricane was making his way to the ring to compete in the Battle Royal Match?”

”Point taken.”

Chris Jericho theme

BOO! Chris Jericho enters the arena to major heat. He walks to the ring, dressed in a black business suit, and stops to yell at some fans along the way. He enters the ring and gets a microphone as the boos continue.

”Now this man Chris Jericho was unable to defeat The Undertaker at Backlash, leading to him taking The Hurricane’s spot in the Tri-Branded Battle Royal. It was thanks to a steel chair that Jericho got a place in the match, and thanks to a steel chair that Jericho won the match.”

”Jericho’s actions may have been a bit extreme – no pun intended – but can you blame the guy? I mean, he was – technically – screwed out of his rematch for the ECW Championship.”

”I don’t care what he was screwed out of. Jericho had no right to attack The Hurricane. He was merely being a sore loser.”

The crowd boos as Jericho looks around, ready to speak. “So that’s how it is? You all boo me because I attacked The Hurricane, right? You’re all perfect people and I’m the selfish bad guy in this situation.” The boos continue. “All week long I’ve been hearing “You had no right to compete in that match” or “What you did was wrong” and other things along those lines. So let me understand something. Each and every one of you hypocrites and liars can’t do anything wrong, but when I try do to the right thing and get the rematch that I rightfully deserve, I get booed and criticized. For years and years I tried to base my career on making the fans happy. I was “Y2J”, I was funny, comical, I was the guy that could give anyone a good laugh. And where did that get me? Nowhere.” “You Suck!” chants begin to fill the Mohegan Sun Arena as Jericho pauses. “Let’s be honest, The Hurricane wasn’t going to win that match in the first place. The man – and I use that term lightly – is a joke.” “Hurricane! Hurricane!” can be heard throughout the arena, but Jericho ignores it. “I was pinned by The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 25.” The crowd pops. “I lost the ECW Championship and each and everyone of you couldn’t be happier about it. I had no problem admitting that I lost fairly. The problem was that I had a Rematch Clause in my contract, and I should have received it. I shouldn’t have had to earn a rematch when I rightfully deserved one. So I took matters into my own hands. I entered that Tri-Branded Battle Royal, and I won it. Why? It’s simple. I’m the best superstar on this show. This, Smackdown, is MY show. Losers like Dolph Ziggler can claim that they are the “Future”, but I am the present. There is no superstar in the back that is as athletically talented as I am, and that’s a fact. Tonight, I will sign the Contract for Judgment Day, and at Judgment Day, I will become the WWE Champion.”

The crowd gives Jericho major heat as he steps through the middle ropes and out of the ring. He places the microphone on top of the steel steps and walks to the back.

”Chris Jericho making it very clear that he intends to become WWE Champion. I’ll be honest, King, I like Dolph Ziggler better than Chris Jericho right about now. At least Ziggler doesn’t need to attack his opponent from behind to win a match.”

”I think Jericho’s got a point, J.R. He deserved a rematch, and yet he didn’t get one. How is that fair?”

”It’s not even worth arguing with you.”

Commercial break

Rachel Delta theme

The crowd booed as Rachel entered the arena, smiling. She stood on the stage and did a dancing motion, displaying her body for everyone. Some men cheered, others booed. She walked down the ramp and shook her chest as fireworks went off around her. She slid into the ring, facing Amber Wattkins and her partner, Maria. She stepped onto the top rope and placed her hands around her waist, and rubbed as some guys cheered.

”Rachel Delta – the wife of WWE United States Champion Dustin Delta –was separated from her husband in the Supplemental Draft, and so far she hasn’t had any success here on the blue brand.”

”Give her a break, J.R. She’s only wrestled one match.”

”True, but she was pinned by another new Smackdown Diva, Amber Wattkins.”

Maryse theme

Maryse entered the arena with her Diva’s title. She walked down the ramp with her cape hanging behind her. She stepped into the ring and looked at her partner, from the feet up, giving her a questionable look as she inspected who she was working with. She smiled and nodded at her. They both walked to the ropes and struck Maryse’s pose.

”How bout Maryse, Tazz?”

”Man, she’s smokin hot! The problem is, she knows it, and she has no problem making sure everyone else does as well.”

First Match: Amber Wattkins & Maria vs. Rachel Delta & Maryse

Match: Amber and Maryse started. Maryse struck Amber with a knee to the stomach and then delivered a slap to the face. She grinned and Clotheslined Wattkins down. She stood on Amber’s face with her white high heel shoes as Amber screamed in pain. The referee counted to three, and Maryse tagged in Rachel. They both looked at each other, flipped their long blonde hair, and stomped on Wattkins’ face.

”Maryse and Rachel seem to be in-sync in this match up.”

”Maybe they’ll become a tag team.”

Rachel pulled Amber by her hair and then dropped her face. She taunted as Wattkins crawled over to her corner and tag Maria in. Maryse stepped through the ropes and ran at Maria. She slapped her in the face. Amber grabbed Maryse’s hair and she screamed in pan. Amber pulled Maryse out of the ring. Rachel ran at Maria and delivered a Big Heel, a female rendition of a Big Boot, to Maria’s waist. Rachel dropped a knee to her neck.

”There is a display of Rachel Delta’s skills. She must’ve learned a thing or two from Dustin.”

Maria stood and Rachel ran at her. Maria delivered a dropkick to Rachel, who flew a couple of feet away. Maria makes the Tag to Amber Wattkins, who comes in and takes Rachel down with a Forearm Smash. Maryse runs in, and tries to hit Amber with a Clothesline, but Amber ducks. Maria runs in the ring and hits a Cactus Clothesline on Maryse, sending them both over the top rope and crashing to the mat below. Rachel grabs Amber and gets a Roll-Up Pin. The Referee doesn’t notice Rachel’s feet on the ropes, and that’s enough to give Rachel the Pinfall Victory.

Winners: Rachel Delta and Maryse

”Rachel gets the win! The Referee didn’t notice the ropes being used, and Rachel picks up her first victory here on Smackdown!”

”So much for not having much success, huh J.R.?”

”Touche.”

Wait a second! Rachel Clothesline Maryse in the back of the head as they’re celebrating in the ring. The crowd boos as Delta taunts in the ring, standing over Maryse. Those boos change to cheers as Amber Wattkins blasts Rachel with a Big Boot and Rachel rolls out of the ring. Amber throws Maryse out of the ring and holds the Divas Championship over her head as Maryse and Rachel walk to the back.

”A bit of a Diva Brawl going on there! All of these women – it seems – have their eyes set on becoming the Divas Champion!”

”Rachel may have won the match, but Amber Wattkins definitely has her number!”

”Still to come tonight, Dolph Ziggler holds an Open Challenge.”

Dolph Ziggler’s Open Challenge [Tonight]

”But up next, we’re gonna hear from The Game!”

Commercial break

This Monday…after a vicious attack on Jeff Hardy, Edge will host Matt Hardy on The Cutting Edge! Will The Rated-R Superstar’s Judgment Day come early? Raw! Live this Monday on USA!

“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, my guest at this time, Triple H!” The crowd boos as Triple H appears on the TitanTron next to Todd Grisham. He is dressed in street clothes, and he doesn’t look happy. “Triple H, at Backlash, some would say you were going to win your match against CM Punk and become the WWE Champion for a thirteen time. That is, until Shane McMahon got involved. Your thoughts?”

Triple H takes the microphone from Grisham. “My thoughts? What I did to Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania 25 was business. I wanted to send a message that I was a force to be reckoned with. At Backlash, Shane McMahon made things personal. He got involved in my match and cost me the WWE Championship. I don’t know what Shane was thinking, but he’s gotten himself into a situation that he won’t easily get out of. You see, Todd, I’ve talked to Vickie Guerrero, and she’s made it official. At Judgment Day, I will be going one-on-one with Shane McMahon in a Hardcore Match.” The crowd pops. “What that means is, there are no Disqualifications, no Count Outs, and Falls Count Anywhere. I’m going to make sure Shane McMahon pays for costing me the WWE Championship—and that’s a promise.”

”Triple H is angry, and he’s determined. Things aren’t looking good for Shane McMahon.”

”If I were Shane McMahon, I wouldn’t even show up for Judgment Day. The Game has been destructive in the past, and there’s no doubt in my mind that he’ll do the same at Judgment Day.”

Vladimir Kozlov theme

The Moscow Mauler steps into the arena. He slowly turns his head to the right as a stern, focused look lines his face. The crowd boos as he walks to the ring, sporting a pair of white wrestling tights and black wrestling boots.

His opponent, Alex Walker, stands in the ring. Walker has black hair, spiked in the front, and is about 5’ 11”. The crowd cheers for him a bit, as he is from Connecticut.

”Speaking of determined, enter Vladimir Kozlov. This man has been on a path of destruction himself since returning to Smackdown, and I have a feeling that path is only going to continue here tonight.”

”I feel bad for this kid, J.R.”

Second Match: Vladimir Kozlov vs. Alex Walker

Match: The crowd tries to get behind their “Hometown Hero” with a few “Walker” chants, but the chants die out quickly. The two lock-up in the c enter of the ring. Kozlov uses his power to his advantage and drives Walker into the corner. The Referee tells Kozlov to back up, and – reluctantly – he does so. Kozlov hits a Shoulder Thrust, followed by another. He backs up once again and Walker runs out of the corner. The Ruthless Russian lives up to his name as he catches Walker with a Scoop Powerslam. Kozlov hooks the leg. “1! 2!” The rookie kicks out and Kozlov seems a bit annoyed.

”I understand this kid’s hope – if you will – for victory. I really do. But I have no idea why anyone would want to continue a match with Vladimir Kozlov.”

”I hear ya. Thankfully for me, Kozlov wasn’t around back in the day. I wouldn’t have wanted to step into the ring with him; that’s for sure.”

Kozlov picks Walker up by his head and walks him to the corner. Kozlov slams Walker’s head into the turnbuckle, then hits him with a Reverse Elbow. Walker tries to stay on his feet in the corner as Kozlov backs up to the opposite corner. Kozlov runs for a Corner Clothesline, but Walker dodges it by running out of the corner. He goes for a Springboard Crossbody, but Kozlov drops him in mid-air with a Battering Ram Headbutt. The crowd boos as Kozlov picks Walker up and drops him once again, this time with The Iron Curtain. Kozlov hooks the leg. “1! 2! 3!”

Winner: Vladimir Kozlov

”The Iron Curtain descends on Alex Walker, and this match. Vladimir Kozlov picks up yet another victory.”

”Man Kozlov is impressive! Chris Jericho’s claim that he’s the best on Smackdown may very well be proven wrong by that man, Vladimir Kozlov.”

Kozlov exits the ring and gets a microphone as the crowd continues to boo. “То, что я сделал в этом кольце сегодня, это то же самое, я буду продолжать делать неделю после недели до тех пор, пока я какие-то конкуренцию. Российских спортсменов превосходят любой другой гонке спортсменов, и нет супергородов во всем WWE, который может outwrestle мне, Владимир Козлов. What I did in that ring tonight, is the same thing I will continue to do week after week until I am given some competition. Russian Athletes are superior to any other race of athletes, and there is no superstar in the entire WWE that can outwrestle me, Vladimir Kozlov.”

Commercial break

Santino Marella theme

The crowd pops slightly as The Italian Stallion Santino Marella enters the arena, smiling. He’s wearing a tan suit and holding a microphone in his hand. The ring is set up for the first-ever “live” edition of Santino’s Casa, as the canvas is made to look like an Italian Flag, and there is a TV in the middle of the ring under an “arch” – similar to The Jeritron setup of The Highlight Reel. There are two leather chairs, one on either side of the TV “arch”, in the ring.

”Welcome back to Smackdown, and we are about to witness the first-ever “live” edition of Santino’s Casa!”

”I watch Santino’s Casa on WWE.com all the time, J.R.! Don’t you?”

”I’ve seen it a couple of times. It’s interesting, to say the least.”

“Welcome one and all, to a Santino’s Casa!” The crowd cheers a little. “Tonight, you will see the first ever “live” edition of the greatest Talk Show in a WWE History! I am a Santino Marella, and I am the host of this show! Without further adue, I’d like to welcome my guest tonight, the one and only, John Cena!”

It gets quiet for a moment as the crowd – and Santino – stare anxiously at the TitanTron.

John Cena theme

ABUNDOOOOO! The crowd pops huge as John Cena runs from the back onto the stage. He does a HLR Taunt and gets another loud pop. Cena walks halfway down the ramp and throws his hat into the crowd before saluting the fans. He runs to the ring and slides into it.

“Hello a John Cena! My name is a Santino Marella! And you are the first guest to ever appear on Santino’s Casa!” The crowd cheers a bit.

Cena gets a microphone. “I gotta be honest! This is such an honor for me! To be able to headline the first ever Santago’s Casa is just such a great honor!”

”Did he say Santago?” J.R. laughs.

“Excuse a me, but my name is a Santino!”

“My bad my bad man; chill chill. It’s a simple mistake, really.”

“Whatever. I asked you to be a guest on my show because I think all of the fans would like to hear your opinion on Chris Jericho’s victory at Backlash.” The crowd boos.

“Chris Jericho is a loser, he’s a cheater, he’s a hypocrite, and most importantly, a coward. Am I mad that Chris Jericho won the match by using a steel chair? Yes. Am I going to let it affect my quest to become WWE Champion once again? H*ll no.” “Cena” chants begin to fill the arena. “You see, Santino…”

”Hey wait a minute!”

John Cena turns around and Randy Orton is in the ring. He hits Cena with an RKO and the fans boo. Santino looks at Orton, confused, before sliding out of the ring.

”What the h*ll? What’s Randy Orton doing out here?”

”Randy Orton has just laid out John Cena. What is going on here?”

The crowd boos as Orton taunts, but start to cheer as Orton flees the ring. Ted DiBiase runs down the ramp and tries to hit Orton, but The Legend Killer slides out of the ring before DiBiase has a chance. DiBiase checks on Cena as Orton flees to the back.

Commercial break

Dolph Ziggler theme

Boos are heard throughout the arena as the brash, young, Dolph Ziggler emerges on the stage. His bright blonde hair is put up in a ponytail. He smiles as he walks to the ring, decked out in a black “DZ” vest and black “DZ” wrestling tights, along with a pair of white wrestling boots.

”Tonight has been big, especially with the events that just occurred on Santino’s Casa, and it’s only going to get bigger with this Open Challenge. Dolph Ziggler told Vickie Guerrero that he had a plan for a Main Event, and this is it.”

”Who’s gonna step up and answer the challenge?”

Ziggler asks for a microphone, and gets one. “Sure, tonight has been pretty big, but now that I’m out here, it’s only gonna get bigger. Allow me to introduce myself. My name…” Ziggler grins. “…is Dolph Ziggler.” The crowd boos as the cocky Ziggler stands in the ring, looking arrogant. “I am the Future of Smackdown; that’s an undeniable fact. However, I’m sure there are a couple of superstars in the back that might be a little challenging for me to defeat. So come on; who’s going to answer my challenge?”

Kurt Angle theme

The crowd pops huge once again. Ziggler seems a bit surprised as The Wrestling Machine enters the Smackdown arena for the first time in three years. Decked out in a black wrestling suit with an “A” – symbolizing Angle – and blue wrestling boots, Angle walks to the ring, high-fiving some fans along the way. The crowd – directed by Angle – chants “You Suck!” to Ziggler as Angle climbs into the ring.

”My God I don’t think Dolph Ziggler believes his eyes! Kurt Angle has decided to answer Ziggler’s challenge!”

”Oh boy I mean I know Ziggler’s good, but Kurt Angle is on a completely different level!”

Main Event Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Kurt Angle

Match: The two lock-up in the center of the ring. Angle slides around and locks his arms around Ziggler’s chest. Angle takes Ziggler down with a Hip Toss and shifts into a Front Headlock. Ziggler quickly rolls through and pushes Angle into the ropes, but Angle rebounds and hits a Shoulder Block to a big pop. Angle kneels into the cover. “1! 2!” Ziggler quickly kicks out and Angle wastes little time, applying a Reverse Chinlock. The crowd claps in support to Angle but begins to boo when Ziggler battles out of the hold with a couple of elbows to the chest. Angle rebounds off the ropes again and tries a Clothesline, but Ziggler ducks it and hits a Reverse Neckbreaker. A large grin lines his face as he taunts before hooking the leg. “1! 2!” Angle kicks out.

”That was a bit of a close call, but I think it could have been three if Ziggler hadn’t stopped to taunt.”

”While arrogance is good, it’s not good to be so arrogant that you let it get in the way of your match. You don’t take time to taunt when you have an opponent down; you stay on him. Especially when that opponent is Kurt Angle.”

Ziggler yells “That was three!” to the Referee in frustration, but to no avail. Ziggler turns around and Angle rolls him up into a Small Package! “1! 2!” Ziggler rolls out of it and backs up to the turnbuckle, staring at Angle. “Angle” chants begin to fill the arena as the two engage in a stare-down from opposite sides of the ring. They lock-up again in the center of the ring. Ziggler hits Angle with a kick to the chest, followed by an elbow to the back of the neck. Ziggler hits a Swinging Neckbreaker and tries a cover, but Angle rolls the shoulder up at two and the crowd pops. Ziggler looks frustrated and Irish Whips Angle into the ropes. Ziggler leans forward as Angle rebounds, but Angle’s one step ahead, and kicks Ziggler in the face. Ziggler stands up, hands on his face, and Angle hits a Belly-to-Belly Suplex! Angle rips the straps down off of his wrestling suit and flexes, yelling to the crowd.

”It looks like Angle’s got the momentum now, and this can’t be a good thing for Ziggler!”

Angle pulls Ziggler to the center, grabs the ankle…twists into an ANKLE LOCK! Ziggler yells in pain as he struggles to get to the ropes. He reaches them, but Angle pulls him back to the center of the ring, and this time locks his legs around Ziggler’s ankle, dropping to the mat in the process. The crowd responds with cheers, and they last for a while until Ziggler manages to get a grip on the bottom rope. “1! 2! 3! 4!” Angle releases the hold, holding onto his momentum. Angle gets to his feet and stomps the mat twice. He gets in position for Angle Slam as Ziggler gets up, dazed. Can he do it…? Angle Slam—no! Ziggler slides down Angle’s back and hits a Russian Leg Sweep! The crowd boos as Ziggler tries for a cover! “1! 2! Thr—no!” Angle gets a foot on the bottom rope!

”Kurt Angle is always aware of his surroundings…being able to use the ropes to prevent a loss.”

Ziggler slams the mat in frustration and yells at the Referee once again as Angle gets to his feet. The Referee explains to him that Angle got his foot on the bottom rope, and Ziggler turns around angrily. The crowd pops as Ziggler realizes that Angle is now standing. Angle hits Ziggler with two Right Hands to the face, sending the newcomer to the mat once again. Angle Irish Whips Ziggler into the corner and hits a Corner Clothesline to a big pop. Ziggler stumbles out of the corner and Angle hits a Belly-to-Belly Suplex! Once again “Angle” chants fill the arena as The Wrestling Machine has regained momentum. Ziggler gets to his feet…Angle goes for the Angle Slam again…will he get it…no! Ziggler slides down and Angle turns to face him. LEAPING REVERSE STO! from Ziggler! The crowd boos as Ziggler hooks the legs. “1! 2! 3!”

Winner: Dolph Ziggler

”It’s over! Dolph Ziggler picks up yet another huge victory!”

”Yeah, but what a hard fought match it was!”

”There’s no denying that Ziggler has talent, but knowing Kurt Angle, this may not be the last time these two face off!”

Commercial break

We return from the commercial break and Vickie Guerrero is standing in the ring. There is a table set up in the center of the ring, with “office chairs” located on either side of it. There are two microphones on the table.

The Smackdown General Manager is holding a clipboard in her right hand, and a microphone in the other. She seems annoyed by the massive heat from the crowd, but then she smiles. “Excuse me!” The boos get louder. “I said…excuse me!” The boos continue, but Vickie ignores them. “Thank you! Before we get started, I’d like to announce that next week in our Main Event Match, CM Punk will team up with Kurt Angle to take on Chris Jericho and Dolph Ziggler!” The crowd pops in excitement toward the match. “Now, please welcome the Number One Contender for the WWE Championship…Chris Jericho!”

Chris Jericho theme

The crowd boos louder than they did the first time Chris Jericho entered the arena. He walks to the ring, still dressed in a black suit, and the fans yell at him along the way. He gets in a couple fans’ faces before climbing the ring steps and entering the ring. He looks at Vickie Guerrero and takes a seat.

”So if I’m understanding this correctly, next week, CM Punk is going to team up with Kurt Angle to take on Chris Jericho and Dolph Ziggler? That’s going to be one h*ll of a match!”

”Our General Manager sure knows how to do her job!”

”I wouldn’t go that far, Tazz.”

“Thank you, Chris. Now, please welcome the WWE Champion…CM Punk!”

The fans pop as The Straightedge Superstar bursts into the arena, smiling. He holds up the WWE Championship Belt with his right arm on the stage. The crowd cheers as Punk makes his way to the ring, high-fiving some fans along the way.

”CM Punk said at Backlash that he wanted to prove that he could defeat Triple H. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so, but he came pretty close. As much as I’m not a fan of The Game’s actions as of late, it’s obvious that if it weren’t for Shane McMahon, Triple H would be the WWE Champion right now.”

”Wow, J.R.! For once you don’t make a biased comment!”

”I never make biased comments, Tazz. I speak my mind.”

Punk stares at Jericho for a moment and holds up the WWE Championship Belt once again before taking a seat across from his Judgment Day opponent.

“Gentlemen, I’d like to make this as quick as possible. Each of you can have a turn to say something if you’d like, and then you can sign the contract.” Vickie places the clipboard on the table, and Punk reaches for it first. He picks up his microphone.

“Chris, I don’t have much to say, really.” The crowd cheers. “I used to respect you, but your actions at Backlash are not those of a respectable individual. I don’t know what you were thinking, Chris, but you should have accepted your defeat like a man and moved on.” Punk puts down the microphone and signs the contract before sliding it over to Jericho, who picks up his microphone.

“You know Punk, I’d expect you to say that. You and all of these people…” he points to the crowd “…are all the same. You claim to be “Straightedge”, you claim that you’re alcohol free, drug free. That may be true, but you’re still a hypocrite just like each and every one of these ungrateful fans.” The crowd gives Jericho massive heat. “These people come to this show because they want to see people like CM Punk and John Cena compete.” The crowd pops. “The thing is, people like you and John Cena are nothing more than miniscule, hypocritical losers who have nothing better to do with their lives than live off the support of a bunch of useless pieces of trash that make up the WWE Universe.” The crowd boos. “Punk…”

“Chris just shut up already!” The crowd pops huge and Jericho shoots Punk an angry look. “These people aren’t the hypocrites, Chris. You are. You claim that you’re the best superstar on the Smackdown Roster, yet if I recall correctly, not only did you lose at Backlash, you lost last week on Smackdown in a match against Dolph Ziggler.” “CM Punk” chants begin to fill the arena as Jericho stares angrily at Punk.

“I’m not going to take this disrespect.” Jericho signs the contract and stands up. He begins to exit the ring.

Gregory Helms theme

IT’S TIME! The crowd goes wild as Gregory Helms steps into the arena and a look of surprise forms on Jericho’s face.

”Wait a minute! That’s Gregory Helms!”

Helms stares at Jericho, a look of anger and determination in his eyes. Helms walks to the ring, high-fiving some fans along the way, and sporting a pair of black wrestling tights, a blue leather vest, and a black bandana.

”Gregory Helms, also known as The Hurricane, is the man that Chris Jericho attacked at Backlash and the man who’s spot Jericho took in the Tri-Branded Battle Royal.”

”Jericho does not look happy to see Helms, J.R.!”

Jericho backs up as Helms enters the ring. Helms gets in Jericho’s face, and CM Punk stands on the other side of the table. Jericho tries to hit Helms with a Right Hand, but Helms blocks it and responds with a Right Hand of his own, causing Jericho to turn around. Punk slaps Jericho in the face and he turns around again. Helms grabs Jericho and Chokeslams him through the table to a huge ovation. Helms picks up a microphone from the mat.
