Hardy begins hitting several slow strikes – Kane reacts quickly and hits a fast and deadly THROAT THRUST! Hardy is lifted a centimetre off the ground, catching his throat. He falls to his knees. Kane runs to the ropes, rebounds, and hits a dropkick, sending backwards. Kane drags Hardy to the middle and goes for the first pin of the match. “1…” but Hardy kicks out. Kane lifts Hardy and rushes him back into the turnbuckle. Kane begins several punches and elbows. After many, Kane hits a strong kick to the gut, causing Hardy to bend over – next Kane hits a hard Throat Thrust. Hardy holds his throat. Kane moves back, runs, and clotheslines Hardy into it. Kane tosses Hardy into the turnbuckle – WHISPER IN THE WIND – NO! Kane hits the BIG BOOT in mid-air! Hardy falls. Kane goes for the pin! “1… 2…” Hardy gets his foot on the rope! Kane growls as he rips Hardy’s leg of the rope, holds it to Hardy and goes for another pin. “1… 2!” Hardy kicks out. Kane’s face is furious. He lifts Hardy and tosses him to the ropes, Hardy holds on, Kane runs, Hardy throws his legs up, kicking Kane in the face. Kane stumbles backwards. Kane turns, Hardy turns, spins around him, grabs him around the neck and slams him! Hardy goes for his on pin! “1…” But Kane kicks out. Hardy slowly gets up, lifts Kane’s legs up, jumps, DROP-KICK TO THE LOWER AREA! Kane sits up in pain, Hardy stands, dropkicks Kane in the face! Another pin! “1… 2!” Kick-out from Kane. Hardy gets up and hits a leg drop on Kane’s face. Hardy lifts Kane to his feet, getting Kane in the DDT clutch! Could this be the Twist of Fate?! No! Kane throws Hardy into the turnbuckle, who runs up it, HITTING THE WHISPER IN THE WIND! The crowd pops. Hardy goes for the pin. “1… 2… SHOULDER-OUT! Kane gets the shoulder out. Hardy can’t believe it. Hardy stumbles to the corner to recover. Kane slowly gets up, turns and is hit with a Throat Thrust, followed by a Big Boot! Hardy falls to the mat. Kane falls on top of him. “1… 2…” shoulder-out! Kane looks at the referee, unbelieving. Kane gets up, and sticks his hand out. The crowd pops. Hardy slowly stumbles up, turns, and it grabbed AROUND THE THROAT! Hardy is lifted into the air, but Hardy cluthes Kane’s head, landing on his shoulder! Hardy swings around in mid-air, and HITS THE TWIST OF FATE! The crowd gives a major pop. Hardy climbs the rope, he taunts the crowd, but Kane rolls up quickly – Hardy leaps at Kane who is caught by the throat, WITHOUT TOUCHING THE GROUND Kane tosses Hardy into the air and down – IN A 7-FOOT CHOKESLAM! Kane goes for the pin! “1… 2… 3!” DING, DING! This match is over! Winner: Kane "What elevation on that Chokeslam! Kane's still the World Champion!" "A great effort from Jeff Hardy, but The Big Red Machine was too much of a challenge for him to overcome here tonight!" "It's time for our Main Event! We've had a huge night tonight, and I can't think of a better way for it to come to an end!" "Punk says he's going to prove that he's a good Champion! We're going to find out!" "It's go time!" Punk runs into the arena! He holds the WWE Championship above his head with one arm and the crowd pops! He smiles, ready to prove that he can wrestle with the best of the best! Punk walks quickly to the ring, high-fiving a bunch of fans. Green lights flash throughout the arena and - for Punk - it truly is time to play the game. The 12-Time World Champion enters the arena holding a bottle of water. He takes a sip of it, pours a little on his head, and begins to walk to the ring. He stops at the end of the ramp, looks at Punk for a moment, then walks to the right side of the ring and takes another sip of water. He throws it into the crowd and climbs onto the ring apron. He spits the water in the air above his head and it rains down on him as he flexes. The crowd boos as he enters the ring. Main Event Match: CM Punk vs. Triple H [WWE Championship] Match: DING, DING! This WWE Championship match is about to begin. CM Punk and Triple H are ready, glaring at each other from across the ring. Punk is currently the champion, but will the title change hands tonight? Both men begin stepping into the middle, slowly. Punk goes for the grab, but Triple H hits a kick to the gut. HHH grabs Punk’s hair and begins yelling at Punk. Punk hits a kick to the side of the leg causing HHH to pull back. Punk runs and hits a clothesline, knocking HHH off his feet. HHH hits the mat and rolls to the outside, getting loud boos from the audience. Punk follows him to the outside, grabbing his head and smashing it into the announcers table. Punk continues to dominate HHH as he throws him into the steel steps, knocking them over. Punk smashes HHH’s arm into the ring post several times before HHH falls to the ground in pain. “5… 6…” Punk breaks the count and goes back to work. HHH is on his one knee as Punk hits a kick to HHH’s head. He falls to the mat. Punk clears the steps away as he lifts HHH and smashes his head into the turnbuckle. Punk whips HHH into the barricade. HHH falls to the mat, holding his back. “4… 5…” Punk breaks the count again. Punk kicks HHH in the side. Punk lifts HHH and is rushed back into the barricade. HHH hits a hard strike to Punk’s head, knocking him over. Both men crawl to the ring. “4… 5… 6…” they both make it in the ring at 7. They both get up and begin trading punches. “BOO! YA! BOO! YA! YA! YA! YA! BOO! BOO! BOO! YA! YA! BOO! YA” The crowd chants. Punk gets the advantage and tosses HHH into the ropes. HHH returns and delivers a high-knee to the face! Punk falls to the mat. Pin “1!” but Punk easily kicks out. HHH lifts Punk and throws his head in between his crotch! Punk lifts HHH and tosses him right over! No Pedigree now! Punk drops two leg-drops before lifting HHH and tossing him into the turnbuckle. HHH steps out as Punk runs at him. HHH catches him and smashes his head into the turnbuckle. Punk turns and leans in the turnbuckle. HHH begins hitting him with punches and elbows. HHH moves back, runs, and hits a strong clothesline, knocking Punk down. HHH kicks Punk hard in the chest. HHH tosses Punk out of the corner and onto the floor. HHH hits a knee to the face before going for the pin. “1… 2!” Punk kicks out. “LET’S GO PUNK!LET’S GO PUNK!LET’S GO PUNK!” The crowd cheers for their hero. HHH lifts Punk and throws him into the ropes. Punk returns to be hit with a clothesline. Punk once again lies on the mat. HHH grabs Punks legs and begins stomping on them. Finally, he locks in the Figure-Four-Leglock. The referee scurries around, shouting at Punk if he wants to give up. Punk continually shouts “NO! NO!” over and over again, flapping his arms in pain. HHH continues to wrench as Punk slowly builds momentum as the crowd claps their hands. Punk rolls to his stomach as he pulls HHH with him. He’s got HHH in the lock and begins wrenching. HHH begins yelling as he breaks the hold. Both men jump to their feet. They both turn, but Punk is knocked down with another clothesline. HHH lifts Punk and tosses him to the turnbuckle. HHH runs, but Punk lifts his legs and hits a kick to HHH’s jaw. HHH turns to hold his mouth. Punk runs from behind and hits a bulldog on HHH. Punk calls for HHH to stand. When he does, Punk catches him up on the shoulders. The crowd pops. But Triple H shimmies off the shoulders to behind. Punk turns and is hit with a spine-shattering spinebuster! The crowd boo’s in retaliation. HHH goes for the pin which could pick him up the win. “1… 2…” but Punk gets the shoulder out. The crowd pops in support. HHH lifts Punk and hits a scoop slam. HHH runs to the ropes, back, and hits a knee drop. Punk rolls on the ground holding his head. HHH drags Punk to the middle of the ring and hits several elbow drops. HHH finishes with a strong drop to the throat before leaning on Punk for the pin. “1… 2…” but Punk kicks out. HHH grabs Punk’s arm and kicks it to the floor. Punk yelps as his bone is smashed to the ring. HHH lifts Punk and tosses him into the turnbuckle yet again. HHH runs for what looks like a spear – but Punk moves, sending HHH into the ring post. HHH holds his shoulder as he pulls out and leans on the turnbuckle. He slowly turns around as he is hit with a clothesline from Punk, followed by a bulldog. And Punk with the pin “1… 2…” but HHH gets the left shoulder out. Punk gets up and goes to the top-rope. HHH slowly rises. Punk springboards off of the rope and dives at HHH. HHH reacts quickly, kicking Punk in the gut. Punk lands in front of HHH, holding his gut. HHH throws Punk’s head in-between the legs – but Punk lifts HHH unto his shoulders! Punk throws HHH over, but HHH pushes himself back. Punk turns and is kicked in the gut! HHH locks Punk in-between the legs, and hooks the arms! Pedigree! It’s over! HHH goes for the pin! “1… 2… 3-“ no wait! HHH is pulled by the leg out of the ring by Shane O’Mac! DING, DING! The bell rings as Shane hits HHH with strong fists. The crowd goes absolutely nuts as Shane O'Mac fires away at The Game with Rights, Lefts, kicks, and anything else he can throw it him. Shane throws Triple H into the steps with great force. He smiles and looks at the commentator's table. He takes the top off of the table and places Triple H onto it. Then, he enters the ring and ascends to the top turnbuckle. "Shane don't do this!" He leaps - a leap of faith - and drives an elbow into Triple H, sending them both crashing through the announce table. The crowd chants "Holy Sh*t!". "Oh my God! Shane McMahon just took The Game through that table!" Shane runs through the crowd and climbs to the area where the skybox is. He stands above the fans and taunts as Triple H begins to recover.
