You should bring the ECW Television Title Back

Well' date=' I do want some kind of Mid-Card Title for ECW as I'd like to reinstate the importance of the ECW Championship. In other words, I want to make it so the ECW Championship is on the same level as the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship.

You should bring the ECW Television Title Back

I second that :p

See above.

Could you please PM me a picture of the ECW Television Championship?

The fireworks explode onto and across the stage as we get ready for another exciting edition of ECW! We are live in Grenwich, Connecticut, the hometown of former WWE Champion, Triple H. Just a note, Smackdown will be taking place in Grenwich as well, which leads me to wonder if maybe Triple H will regain the WWE Championship in his hometown.

”Welcome everyone to E C W! I’m Todd Grisham, and I’m alongside my broadcast colleague Matt Striker! We have one heck of a show for you tonight!”

”For once Todd’s right about something! Tonight’s show is going to be huge!”

”Hey! What’s that supposed to mean?”

”I don’t know. It’s just that most of the time you’re usually wrong.”

”Yeah, I’m wrong.”

”I realize that.”

After a small comedy stint from the commentators, we’re ready to get the show on the road!

Evan Bourne theme

Nice reaction for crowd favorite Evan Bourne as he enters the arena. Bourne will be competing at his first Wrestlemania this year in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

”And it looks like Evan Bourne’s gonna start us off here tonight!”

”Evan Bourne picked up an impressive victory over Mark Henry last week on ECW, earning himself a spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.”

The Brian Kendrick theme

Kendrick enters the arena, sporting a black jacket. He dances on the stage for a minute before walking down the ramp, pretending to high-five a few of the fans, but pulling his hand out of the way before they have a chance to.

I for one am glad to see that Kendrick’s going to be competing again. Especially since he hasn’t really made a TV Appearance since he lost to MVP a few weeks ago on Raw.

First Match: Evan Bourne vs. The Brian Kendrick

Match: As what you know is going to be a fast-paced match gets underway, Bourne runs toward Kendrick and connects with a nice Dropkick. Bourne hooks the leg, hoping for a quick cover, but Kendrick kicks out at one. Kendrick gets to his feet quickly and hits Bourne with a Reverse Elbow, sending him back a few steps. Kendrick runs toward Bourne, who is near the corner. Bourne climbs backwards onto the second turnbuckle and connects with a Diving Sunset Flip Pin. 1! 2! Kendrick gets the shoulder up.

”Beautifully executed Sunset Flip by Evan Bourne.”

”There aren’t many guys who can pull off a move like that.”

Bourne scrambles to his feet, as does Kendrick. Bourne bounces off the ropes, but Kendrick nails him with a Crescent Kick. Kendrick goes for a cover, but Bourne gets his foot on the bottom rope right before the Referee reaches three. Kendrick connects with a Snapmare Toss, and rebounds off the ropes to hit a sitting Bourne with a Dropkick to the face. Kendrick tries for another cover, but Bourne gets a kick-out at one. Kendrick applies a Camel Clutch. You can see the strain on Bourne’s face as Kendrick continues to apply pressure. The crowd begins to clap in an attempt to give Bourne support. Apparently, it works, because Bourne manages to stand up and throw Kendrick over his shoulder and down to the mat. Kendrick goes for the Clothesline, but Bourne ducks. Kendrick runs back, Bourne connects with a Crucifix Head Scissor! Kendrick gets up! Bourne slams him to the mat with a DDT! Bourne up top! Shooting Star Press! Hook of the leg! 1! 2! 3!

Winner: Evan Bourne

”Evan Bourne continues to roll into Wrestlemania with success!”

”You got that right! Evan Bourne is certainly impressing everyone on this Road to Wrestlemania!”

Commercial break

HBK’s tunes up the band! Wait, what? Dustin Delta and The Big Show run down to the ring, along with Tyson Tomko. They enter the ring and surround Michaels. HBK runs for Big Show, but Tomko nails him with a Big Boot. Delta locks in the Crucifix, and begins to choke Michaels out.

”This is a four-on-one assault! Somebody’s gotta do something!”

The Referee signals for the bell to be rung, as Shawn Michaels is nearly unconscious at this point, and the match won’t be able to continue.

Delta gives instructions to Big Show, Tomko, and Henry. They hold Michaels while Delta Slaps him. Big Show picks Michaels up and hits him with a Knockout Punch. Michaels falls slowly to the mat. The crowd is responding with major heat at this point.

Chris Jericho theme

Major pop for Jericho as he enters the arena and runs to the ring. His rib area is all bandaged up, and he doesn’t have his ECW Championship.

”Thank god someone finally came out here!”

Jericho tries to help Michaels, but Mark Henry hits him with The World’s Strongest Slam. Delta picks up Jericho and hits him with a Delta Bomb.

Randy Orton theme

This isn’t surprising. Orton makes his way to the ring, getting boos from the crowd. He enters the ring, and looks at the ECW Superstars before nodding.

”What the h*ll is Orton doing out here?”

”I don’t know, but the damage has been done! Leave well enough alone!”

Orton walks up to Delta, and says something to him. Delta walks toward Michaels, but Orton grabs him, turns him around, and drops him with an RKO. Henry runs toward Orton, but The Legend Killer ducks and hits an RKO on Henry as well.

The crowd is wild by this point, with “RKO” chants filling the arena. Tomko tries to hit Orton with a Big Boot, but Orton again connects with an RKO. Orton hits Big Show with some Right Hands before sliding out of the ring. Orton grabs a Steel Chair and nails Big Show in the head with it. Show doesn’t fall. Another shot takes care of that, though, as The World’s Largest Athlete falls to the mat. Orton looks at Jericho, then at Michaels, before exiting the ring, leaving the WWE Universe with one question.

Just what the h*ll is going on?

Chris Jericho theme

The ECW Champion enters the arena to a huge ovation. He flexes on the stage before turning around and walking to the ring. Jericho did not appear on last week’s edition of ECW because of the pain he was in from Delta’s attack on Raw two weeks ago. Jericho’s rib-area is still bandaged, although it is difficult to see the bandages because the ECW Championship is around his waist.

”What an ovation for our ECW Champion! Chris Jericho wasn’t here last week, but I talked to him earlier today, and he said that all he needed was one week to recover, and that now he’s ready to go.”

”For those of you that don’t know, Dustin Delta attacked Chris Jericho just eight days ago on Raw, hitting him with a microphone before throwing him into the TitanTron wall and off of the stage, crashing through a table below.”

”Chris Jericho will have a challenge on his hands next week when he defends the ECW Championship against either Dustin Delta or The Undertaker.”

”Both Delta and The Undertaker are forces to be reckoned with; one more than the other.”

”We’re going to find out who Jericho will face a little bit later on tonight when Dustin Delta battles The Undertaker for the right to face Jericho next week.”

Jericho is in the ring now, holding a microphone. He looks around the ring for a moment as “Y2J” chants begin to fill the arena.

“Welcome..to ECW is Jerichooooooo! And tonight, I will excite each and every one of you beyond the wildest boundaries of your imagination!”

This guy is great at getting a crowd pumped up. Why they ever made him a heel is beyond me. I’m just glad that he’s a face again.

“A couple of weeks ago on Monday Night Raw, Dustin Dumba*s, excuse me, I mean, Dustin Delta, hit me with a cheap shot and threw me off the stage. Bravo, Dustin! Bravo! Now, let’s see how well you do when we’re standing face-to-face, and there is no chance for you to get a cheap shot! No disrespect to The Undertaker, but I really hope Dustin Delta wins tonight. Because if that happens, I’m going to kick Dustin’s a*s all around the arena next week! And it’s going to be extreme!”

More “Y2J” chants are started.

“And Dustin, after I get through kicking your a*s, things will never...ever….evvveerrrrrrr..be the same…again!”

”Strong words from our ECW Champion. If I was Dustin Delta, I would be a bit worried right now. Not only does he have to step into the ring with The Undertaker, but if he somehow manages to win, he’ll have to step into the ring with a man that would love nothing more than to beat the living h*ll out of him.”

”Talk about being caught between a rock and a hard place.”

Matt Hardy theme

The fans cheered for Matt as he stood in the ring, awaiting his opponent. Considering he lost last night, he might want to redeem himself tonight against…

Tyson Tomko theme

The fans booed and yelled with spite as Christian’s former friend, Tyson Tomko entered the ring. I expect Matt to win tonight, but considering it’s Tomko, I might be wrong.

Match: Matt Hardy vs. Tyson Tomko

Matt started the battle with several punches and chops, backing Tyson to the ropes. Matt ran back. He charged forward and smashed his forearm into Tomko, hitting a lariat. Tyson falls down. Hardy hits a baseball slide and stands up. He pulls Tyson up and goes for a flying forearm, but Tomko turns it into overhead toss. Matt lands on the top rope and falls down, hitting his head on the apron. Tomko drags him back into the ring.

”Tyson Tomko just completely turned this match around!”

Matt stands and is punched. Hardy hits a crescent kick, then Tomko smashes his elbow into Hardy’s head. Hardy comes back with a low kick to the gut. He goes for a Twist of Fate. He turns, and Tomko turns the Twist into a Sitout Torture Rack Neckbreaker. He pins Matt.

Winner: Tyson Tomko

Commercial break

Chavo Guererro theme

The Mexican Warrior and Chris West enter the arena to tons of boos from the Grenwich crowd. They’re facing locals, so I don’t expect this match to last more than a couple of minutes at the most.

Third Match: Chavo Guererro & Chris “Rapidfire” West vs. Mike Joseph and Steve Suntor

Match: Guererro starts things off with Suntor. Guererro with some quick Right Hands, followed by a European Uppercut, taking Suntor to the corner. Chavo climbs the turnbuckle and hits Suntor with about five Right Hands to the face. Chavo picks Suntor up and Irish Whips him into the ropes, following it up with a Back Body Drop. Chavo goes for the cover, but Suntor kicks out at two.

Chavo makes the Tag to Chris West. West hits a Snap Suplex on Suntor, before running to Suntor’s corner and knocking Joseph off the apron. West climbs to the top rope, and hits Suntor with a Corkscrew Overcastle, pinning him to win the match.

Winners: Chavo Guererro & Chris “Rapidfire” West

Definite squash match. Still, West continues to show skills. I could see him holding a Midcard Championship in the near future. That is, if ECW had one.

Commercial break

”We’re back live, and it’s just about time for our Main Event!”

”But before that, let’s take a look at what happened last week on ECW after Dustin Delta attacked Kurt Angle.”

Huge ovation for The World’s Largest Athlete as he enters the arena. Delta stares at Show, slightly surprised. Angle quickly takes advantage of the distraction and tries to hit Delta with an Angle Slam, but Delta blocks the move and slides down Kurt’s back, pushing him toward Big Show, who has just entered the ring. To the surprise of everyone, Big Show nails Angle with a Big Boot. Delta smiles and looks at Big Show. The two of them shake hands. Big Show picks up Angle and hits him with a Chokeslam before Delta locks in a Crucifix Hold, choking Angle out. Delta taunts in the ring with Big Show.

The Undertaker theme

A gong sounds and the arena goes pitch black. Once again, a gong sounds and the lights come back on. Delta turns around, expecting The Undertaker to be in the ring, but The Deadman isn’t there. Show and Delta look around, growing somewhat worried. The fans begin to cheer wildly as Delta notices that The Deadman is standing in the crowd, near the top row/skybox area. He raises his arms in the air and a bolt of lightning strikes the middle of the ring, missing Delta by just inches. The former ECW Champion rushes out of the ring, with Big Show right behind him. As Delta runs up the ramp, another lightning bolt strikes, but this time, on the stage. A wall of flames begins to rise where the second lightning bolt struck as Delta puts his hands to his head, panicking. They try to walk back to the ring, but a bolt of lightning strikes the end of the ramp, and another wall of flames appears, trapping the two. Delta sits down in the ramp and grasps his head in what is easily pure fear. Big Show stands near him, obviously worried as well.

The Undertaker theme

The gong sounds, and the lights darken. Smoke begins to fill the stage area as The Deadman slowly enters the arena to a huge pop. He walks down the ramp, preparing for one-on-one action with Dustin Delta.

”The Undertaker played major mind games with Dustin Delta last week on ECW, and even last week on Smackdown, when he took Delta down with a powerful Chokeslam.”

”And now it all comes to a head. Will The Undertaker be able to defeat Dustin Delta? I predict yes.”

Dustin Delta theme

Like him or hate him, Delta is ECW’s fastest rising star, and I’m quite interested to see how long he will be able to hold his own against The Deadman.

Not surprisingly, Delta receives boos from the Grenwich crowd as he makes his way to the ring with The Big Show following him.

Main Event Match: The Undertaker vs. Dustin Delta

Match: Delta gets right in Undertaker’s face, but backs up quickly when The Deadman goes to hit him. Delta runs back up and hits The Undertaker with a quick European Uppercut. Delta kicks Taker in the chest, and goes for a DDT, but Taker picks him up and throws him forward, causing him to land face-first on the mat. Taker goes to pick him up, but Delta slides out of the ring and grabs Taker’s leg, trying to trip him. The Deadman prevents this, and grabs Delta by his throat and pulls him up onto the ring apron before throwing him over the ropes and into the ring.

”Would you look at that power demonstrated by The Undertaker?!”

”The Deadman is one of the, if not the, toughest athletes in this business, and he has no problem lettin’ ya know it.”

Delta gets to his feet, and The Undertaker runs for a Big Boot, but Delta ducks and trips Taker, taking him to the mat. Delta hits Taker with some Right Hands to the face, but stops when the Referee’s count reaches four. Delta tries to Irish Whip The Undertaker into the corner, but The Deadman reverses it and Irish Whips Delta into the corner instead. Taker hits Delta with a Corner Clothesline! Follows it up with Snake Eyes! The Deadman off the ropes, Big Boot!

”Ouch! Delta’s gonna be feeling that for a few days!”

“Undertaker” chants begin to fill the arena as The Deadman taunts for a Chokeslam. Delta gets up, and The Deadman grabs him by the throat. Delta Kicks Taker in the chest, and hits him with a Codebreaker.

”What the heck? Did Delta just hit a Codebreaker?!”

Delta goes for the cover, but The Undertaker kicks out at two. In another surprising move, Delta bounces off the ropes and hits Taker with a Lionsault! Another cover by Delta, but again The Deadman kicks out!

”Dustin Delta has just performed two of Chris Jericho’s moves? Is Delta trying to mock the ECW Champion?”

”I’m not really sure.”

Delta stands up, and goes toward the corner. The Undertaker sits up. Delta turns around and his eyes widen as The Undertaker stands up. Delta runs toward The Deadman, but Taker grabs him by the throat and nails him with a Chokeslam. Cover by The Undertaker! It’s over! 1! 2! Wait a kick-out! Delta kicks out right before the Referee’s hand hits the mat for three!

The Deadman picks up Delta for a Tombstone Piledriver, but Delta slides down his back and pushes him toward the ropes. When Taker turns around, Delta nails him with a DDT. Delta goes to apply the Walls of Jericho.

”Don’t tell me Dustin Delta is going for the Walls of Jericho!”

But wait! The Undertaker grabs Delta’s head! Hell’s Gate is locked in! Just seconds after the move is applied, Delta repeatedly taps The Undertaker’s leg in a sign of submission!

”Dustin Delta taps out! The Undertaker wins the match!”

Winner [and the Number One Contender for the ECW Championship]: The Undertaker

Big Show enters the ring and nails Undertaker with a Knockout Punch out of nowhere. The Deadman falls straight to the mat. Show picks up Delta, who begins to yell at him, asking him why he didn’t help him win. Delta Slaps Show, who responds with a Knockout Punch. The fans cheer as Delta falls straight to the mat in a manner similar to that of The Undertaker. Show raises his arms in the air and his music plays to end the show.

Great Main Event match. Dustin Dumba*s held his own against Undertaker' date=' mocking The Allyola of Rock n Rolla along the way. Great match, Star.

The Evan Bourne match was excellent as well, even though it was short.

[/quote']

The reason it was short is because in an attempt to make things more realistic, I'm going to shorten ECW so it's not as long as the other shows. Since it is an hour shorter in real life, after all.

By the way, you only posted four sentences, and therefore your post does not qualify. =P

That was simply great, Star. It was interesting to read Delta stealing Jericho's move. Though, I really liked it when Undertaker got the Hell's Gate locked in. Though I sort of wished that Delta won. Though, it's defiantly going to be interesting if it turns into a triple threat match between Delta, Jericho, and Taker. Anyways, really good episode, Star.
