Tonight’s show will feature the debut of Hook Cadaver, the newest ECW Superstar!” ECW’s General Manager Theodore Long made his way to the ring with his assistant Tiffany to introduce Hook Cadaver. Before Hook Cadaver had the chance to come down to the ring, the WWE Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella made his way to the ring with his girlfriend Beth Phoenix. Santino told Theodore Long that he had heard about Hook Cadaver and he wanted to be his first opponent. “I will a defeat Hook Cadaver and show him that he doesn’t have what it takes to be a WWE superstar. I am a Santino Marella, the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time.” “Sorry to disappoint you playa, but I’ve already got an opponent for Hook Cadaver. Winner: Captain Falcon Commercial break ECW’s newest superstar, Hook Cadaver made his way to the ring with a microphone. “I’m finally going to debut in the WWE. I’m in great physical condition, I look great, and I’m pretty sure that no one in the back can defeat me. So, Hook, if you’re ready, let’s do this!” Triple H chants echoed throughout the arena and Hook stared nervously at Triple H. Suddenly, Hook hit Triple H in the head with his microphone and started attacking the WWE Champion. As the referee rang the bell to signal the beginning of the match, Cadaver continued to assault The Game. Main Event: Triple H vs. Hook Cadaver Match: Even after a cheap shot to The Game, Hook Cadaver was no match for Triple H, who pinned Cadaver after a Pedigree. Winner: Triple H As the match came to a close, the theme music that Triple H is very familiar with, Vladimir Kozlov’s theme music, began to play and the Ruthless Russian made his way to the ring. In an attempt to prevent a brawl between Triple H and Kozlov, Mike Adamle came down to the ring and tried to convince the two of them to leave the ring. While Kozlov did leave the ring, Triple H didn’t have the chance to because he was attacked by Hook Cadaver, who hit The Game with the WWE Championship Belt and delivered a Fisherman Suplex to the WWE Champion. I’m Michael Cole alongside Jerry “The King” Lawler and we are live in Washington DC!” “Michael, can you believe what Raw General Manager Mike Adamle announced earlier today?” “I believe it, but barely!” A picture appears on the titantron promoting a match between John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) and Chris Jericho. “There it is ladies and gentlemen! JBL takes on Chris Jericho live right here tonight!” “King, I think that match is gonna blow the roof off of this arena!” Glass shatters and Stone Cold Steve Austin makes his way out to the ring to a standing ovation. Austin waits for the crowd to calm down and begins to speak. “How’s everybody doin’? Stone Cold is here for one reason and one reason only. You see, I was sleepin the other night and I got a phone call from Mike Adamle. He asked me to come to Raw and be the Special Guest Referee for the Street Fight match between Santino Marella and Chandler Emerald. I had nothin’ better to do, so I told Adamle I’d do it. Santino then slapped Austin in the face since he wouldn’t count, and he ended up on the receiving end of a Stone Cold Stunner, which caused Beth Phoenix to come in the ring and yell at Austin, and she ended up on the receiving end of a Stone Cold Stunner as well. Emerald took advantage of the situation and pinned Santino to win the Intercontinental Championship. Winner and the new WWE Intercontinental Champion: Chandler Emerald Commercial break John Bradshaw Layfield made his way to the ring and demanded that Mike Adamle give him a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series. Chris Jericho came out instead of Adamle and asked JBL what he had done to deserve a title shot. JBL said he held the WWE Championship longer than anyone in WWE history. After Jericho and JBL argued for a few minutes, Mike Adamle made his way to the ring. “JBL, Jericho, if you guys want a title shot, I’ll give you the chance to earn one. How about this? Commercial break A video is shown featuring clips from the World Heavyweight Championship Scramble at Unforgiven, Batista vs. JBL in a Number One Contender’s Match at No Mercy, Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho in a Ladder Match at No Mercy, Batista vs. Chris Jericho at Cyber Sunday, and Batista vs. Jericho last week on Raw. An image promoting JBL vs. Chris Jericho in the main event match was shown. Winners: Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase (with Manu) After the match, Rhodes said that they wanted their titles back, and that they were going to use their rematch clause to get a shot at them at Survivor Series. Commercial break During the commercial break, a commercial was shown promoting the main event for the main event of ECW this week. The main event of ECW this week will be Hook Cadaver vs. The World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry. General Manager Mike Adamle made his way to the ring and made three announcements. The first announcement was that next week on Raw, Beth Phoenix will defend the Women’s Championship against Kelly Kelly. The second announcement was that Randy Orton is now medically cleared to wrestle, and that he will be in action next week. The third announcement was that two superstars will be making their Raw Debut next week. I think this is a little too straightforward so far - you just give us a match card and a very very brief overview of each one of them. I think you should put more time into... well, everything: the storytelling, which is essential, and the match descriptions. If you don't want to exhaustively comment on all of them, mention the lower profile matches but don't describe them at all, put a little more effort into the rivalries you actually want to develop. ;) I'll keep following the fanfic though, because you're doing a good job in capturing the atmosphere of WWE shows :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
