its op'ed because when you destroy any monster, lets see you place baby dragon on your oppoent's side of the field, and you destroy it with berserker warrior, then baby dragon goes back to YOUR graveyard, then by berserker warrior's effect, you can bring it back. And due to the other parts of the effect, baby dragon cant be used in a tribute or change its battle position

I don't think so.Normally, your opponent wouldn't have any monsters for Tributing-since my monster woulrd destroy it.This way,he/she has a monster for a Tribute Summon-but this way he/she needs to pay some LP.And if they don't have any monster that is stronger than mine,it is logical that they switch it to Defense Position-again with a small price,...

Might not want to holo the border around the picture as well.

Recolour is fine.

...to your opponent's Life Points...

...from his or her Deck...

...of his or her next turn.

LP thing is correct-the way I wrote it.Go and see OCG help thread, that's where I've seen it.

It is from my Deck-not opponent's.

And this his/her next turn-I'm not sure if my is correct, but your is.

^_^

well i dont think so because i'm saying that the effect is overpowered.... because if they had no monsters stronger than you, your monster's effect does all the work for you. If they don't want to pay life points just for a tribute summon, then your monster's effect does all the work for you again because you can just destroy the monster and bring it back to their side of the field
