4tutoralcom
I am not sure if some one has posted this or not. in this tutorial i will be showing you how to get rid of the /effect] in your Gemini and Union monsters cards for Gimg and MSpaint Programs and files needed1.your card. i wil be using a example. 2. A blank effect monster image off the site3."Bracket from the effect card" [spoiler=Paint]first open up your card in paint [spoiler=picture] Then Copy the bottom part, and open the Blank card in another paint program, and paste the part at the bottom of the card so the type sticks out. use the select tool the select the part right above the text that says /effect] and copy it (Ctrl+c)look at the picture for more dental on this part[spoiler=picture] go back to your card and paste the part over the text. you can zoom in so it will look right. [spoiler=picture] know open up the bracket image we have to edit one thing.cut out the part around the black bracket so it will be wight.[spoiler=picture] after that select all by clicking Ctrl+A and copy it (Ctrl+C).click back on to the image and zoom all the way down to the part were the type is. and paste the bracket. put the bracket 6 pixels over from the n on union or the i in Gemini. Zoom Out to make sure you did it right. then save and you have the card. [spoiler=picture] [spoiler=card i did] card i did [spoiler=Gimp]first open up all the files that i have given you and the your card. [spoiler=Picture] next delete everything around the black part of the bracket. make sure it is deleted so it will not show up. use the rectangle select to select the bottom of your card [spoiler=Picture] Paste it in the blank card like in the picture[spoiler=Picture] use the rectangle select to select the part over the /effect] you want to delete. like in the picture[spoiler=Picture] paste it over the /effect text on your card like in the picture[spoiler=Picture] use the wand select tool and only select the bracketpaste it in your card. as you can see from the picture below the right bracket is 3 pixels from the word so that should be the same for the left. [spoiler=Picture] save and you have the card. [spoiler=Picture]

4tutoralcom
yes you just have to do the same process i think i will make a GIMP part to this, but i suggest in general not doing it in photoshop it is a little harder.

Zaca
You need a space before and after the bracket. But thats just about the card. About the tut.Alot of members know how to do this already coz it's not that hard but you explained it quite well.
Spire
Pretty good tut, though it's been done before.
Dark
Trust me, if this was done before, and had a good enough explanation that I could understand, I would not be at this thread right now. To the TS, can I post my first Union card here? [spoiler=My First Union] Rate, hate and comment. If I cannot post this card here, I am sorry, and will take this spoiler out ASAP. How do you want me to credit you when/if I sell these at my shop?
moneypony
really?because the old one had far more detail than this one,it was even previously stickied.you just never searched for it,and yours have a huge blank spot near it so thats a big problem, and you won't hear this but others will.and anyways, why post a tut already in the FAQs 0.
4tutoralcom
what do you mean by huge blank spot near it.
moneypony
on [Dark]'s,if you look next to the right bracket, you will see a huge square that completely doesn't blend in with the rest of the effect box,he didn't follow the tut >.>,and like i said,do we really need a tut that is in the FAQs?it seems to me [Dark] didn't read the FAQs carefully. moneypony
i dunno where the square came from, and the FAQs is the frequently asked question thread in the question, comments, and suggestion thread,it's one of the question answered in there,
TheGiver
i did this one but i did not look at the tutit was a wing at it
+Jono
This tut is already made. You can't ask for credit because Luke already released this and never asked for any. Since he/she was the first and no credit was asked then you can't ask for credit.

4tutoralcom
I am sorry i never knew that the tut was on the site, and i was tired of people asking me how to. Also if you want to delete this please tell a mod cause i can't. I don't want tell them cause it would be a waste of my time.
iKiller
Don't delete this thread. If there was a really old thread, this is probably a) More Up-To-Date, and b) On the first page at the moment. You don't want to go opening up an old thread.
