These cards are from the Saiyan Saga. Also please lay off the pics, I know they're blurry but I looked forever and these where the best I could find. If you're wondering about this effect, it's simply because he fought Piccolo and Goku at the same time.I personally hate this pic for a card, I just couldn't find a goo Vegeta pic with the scouter.
