Introduction Post Count need to be Abolished

Hey all, It's come to my attention lately that the Introduction section wasn't looked at when it came to Posts Disabled. Leaving/Return was a fantastic start, but now I think it's time for Introductions to stop Post Count as well. I am sick and tired of seeing the same Copied and Pasted text over and over again in there. Hell i've even seen a Member do 1 Words Posts REPEATEDLY (Welcome) I's not hard to disable it, sure a few people will lose a LOT of Posts thanks to it, but it will cut down on the Spamming somewhat, just like what happened with Leaving/Return.

I thank YCM for thier time in considering this.

My Goal is just to get to 5000 and then that's it.

Exactly. I would like to be considered a "legendary member".

Look, I lost about 500 posts last time (I was a legendary before that), but did I whine about it? No, I didn't.

Anybody who thinks that posts actually mean anything, fail.

i really think this should be enacted, because the intro forum isnt as inviting as it once was. :(

anywho, anyone who really cares about post count doesnt embrace the real spirit of the forum, so the complainers dont need to be here. ^_^

I support this. I've done what other members do and post in about 15 topics a day to get my post count up. I wouldn't mind losing a couple of posts.

But, then if this happens, most members (Not new members) will not welcome people to the forum, because they won't get post count for it...
