Guest JoshIcy
what possessed you to think what you did was well? lol. The Render does not match the bg's at all. That whole Quadrilateral thing your doing should be a filter later at best. Not the core.Borders are stupid thick, 1px at best. unless its a special type of sig that would fit it, and yours is not. Just tell me what you did T.T these are bad...Even my first was better than this :/
Prada
Hmmm. First sig: Color doesn't match the render. Did you use polar cords for the bg? It just doesn't look good. Although I like the text. I geuss for your first it isn't bad. The border is WAY too big. It's better than my first, IMO. :) Second: Let's start with text. It's flat out bad, I think. The colors don't look that bad, but I don't like the polar cords. What's that thing on the bottom right corner? It doesn't fit. My Advice: Trust me, I suck at graphics my self. But there are a few things I've learned. One, is that text should be left alone until you get better. I have decided against adding text to my graphics until I learn how to properly place it. You should too. Second, borders need to be much smaller. No more then maybe, two pixels. Third, just read more tuts. If you're using The GIMP, you will want to check out Gimptalk. It has A LOT of tuts. If you're using Photoshop, then I don't know where to get good tuts. But one other thing, experimentation is good sometimes. Try looking at a few tuts, then combining steps from them together. It helps create your own style. I hope this helped you.

Paranoia_Survivor
Advice:Smudge the edges of the render so it blends.Use colors from the render to make the background.Make your sigs around 380X130, yours are either too big or too small.Deviantart has some good GIMP tuts. Sbamber
I see you used Tkill's tut... am I right, or am I right? Might I add, your sigs are pretty good. But, you text isn't. Go to http://www.dafont.com/ (NOT ADVERTISING) and get fonts there. How to DL the fonts1. Download it2. Click Extract3. Extract to C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\etc\fonts Your sigs are good, you have potentional, and I see how you can be great.10/
