~Rebellious Rage~
This is usefull when your splice is at the top of a post or on a differnt forum with a differnt color skin. It is also usefull if you are makeing a comic or some kind of design with the splice in it. 1.Open Gimp2.Go to file and push open3.Open the splice you want to have a transparent backround4.go to layers then go down to transparency.5.Push color to alpha layer6.Then semi flatten7.save it and now you are done
