EDIT- now that I think of it, does anyone know who that 1 guy that Crow was talking was?

It probably won't though i reckon it will get cut out at this point

JACK's new ultimate Exceed Summoned freaking awesome Dragon that showcases the extent of his growth and paves the path to ZeXal attacks OWNS THE CRAP OUT OF Yusei's cheap cop-out Delta Accel Cosmic Blazar Dragon

Fix'd.

If they want to do the series any justice, they'll have Jack win. Otherwise the whole ending that began last episode makes no sense whatsoever.

I personally feel that the writers should truly allow Yusei to be defeated for once. His inability to officially lose since the series began is grating (the only "official loss" was pre-series, against Jack). Even Yugi and Jaden lost more duels officially.

Also, last episode confirmed that the duel involving the Assault Modes is NOT canon.

Jack is so badass that 90% of the time, he's specifically put in a position to get royally owned. Jack vs Andore. Jack vs Max (pre-Scar Red duel). Fortunately, Jack beat Dragan and beat both Lucciano and Placido before Jose crushed him, so it's not like he's a bad duelist.

Because Lucciano and Placido didn't lose on purpose once they got their cores out.

Jack should still win.

Well, if Placido had continued his selfish dueling, he would have beaten Jack (Bomb Blast), but Jose wouldn't have an easy Grannel and Crow probably would have finished Placido off and make things harder for Jose. Placido legitimately lost on purpose.

Lucciano was in charge of setting up the strategies. He actually did NOT have any known methods of "not losing", however, he was running Infinite Spirit Machine and Infinite Prison, both crucial to the team strategy, instead of more likely "I'm going to counter everything you do" cards (such as Vs Ruka/Rua).

What I think is kind of funny, though, is that if Lucciano or Placido wouldn't have anime drawing skills, Team New World would have gotten owned. (Lucciano drew his Core, a method of destroyign it, and the Infinite cards he needed to pass to his teammates). Placido drew his Core and a method of destroying it. Jose drew his Core and Speed Spell-Takeover.

It was more noticeable with Team New World, though, since they, one after the other, drew their Cores in their first turn. Aporia had some pretty incredible drawing skills in his duel with ZONE, since each turned he Summoned a Core and destroyed it.

I wonder if that was one of Aporia's skills. Never has a duelist wielding a Machine Emperor not drawn their Core on the first turn. Lucciano is the only one to not Summon his Core as his opening move.
