Also, if Aki (who is tied to Arcadia Movement) were to join this destined battle, she had to let go of Arcadia Movement & Divine. Episode 39 was the coup de grace with the end of the duels. Even with all the talking and whatnot, the duels were still intense despite the length. And besides - TWO Earthbound Gods!!! =O

Ccrayra was just plain old ugly & creepy-looking, while Alsa Piscu brings the evil look & that feel of power as it pecks into Divine for the win. (when I saw that part, I thought it would disappear due to Fortune Vision & then unleash a light to destroy Divine & make him burn for all time)

Being thrown violently through a door and plummeting to his demise will work just as well.

He manipulates broken girls into being his billboard, kidnaps people to fulfill his revenge plans & then kills an innocent girl, whose death leads to an even bigger problem. MarbleZone
Divine runs Mental Sphere Demon. Divine rocks. Divine also fell down several floors of a skyscraper after being attacked by an equally enormous god bird, but his Psychic monsters obviously rose his life points to over 9000 during the fall so he survived. I'm especially sure of that last part. On a more serious note, I happened to like Divine. He's that kind of likeable villain who isn't a complete moron and actually has some class. More so, he doesn't need a weird looking trench coat or bondage gear to look good, just an ordinary suit. Now somebody please fill me in, what exactly is Jack's purpose currently? He's just... around, isn't he? He wasn't looking for Carly until he stumbled upon her glasses, he wasn't looking for Aki until she stumbled upon her, so why exactly was he there with his D-Wheel? Umbra
He sensed that a Signer was battling a Dark Signer, and headed for the nearest skyscraper.
MarbleZone
Oh, his spider sense tingled. Makes sense. Is it just me or is Jack just as random as his deck? :/ Another question: what's the current consensus here concerning Dark Signers? Do they actually die before turning Dark Signers, or is it triggered by near-death experiences? Because whereas Carly was shown to make a freaking crater on the floor after breaking through a solid roof, Kiryu was sentenced to death but nobody said it was carried out.Not to mention, actually coming back from the dead and acquiring a brand new deck in the process doesn't sound very believable (as you can probably tell by now, yes, I was deeply annoyed by everything that followed the pleasant vision of Carly being blasted through the window and falling down the skyscraper.) Umbra
Don't forget to mention that they can also change clothes and turn on/off their Dark(signer)vision as an at-will power. :S
MarbleZone
About that, I am under the impression that only Carly can do that with her eyes (maybe because she's still new to that form?), which is mostly why I doubt if they actually die before becoming D-Signers. But yes, automatic wardrobe change is also worth mentioning, thanks. :/

If you remember, Misty did not actually die. She was close to death on that hospital stretcher when the Lizard Earthboud God took over. Carly was actually still alive from the impact when she underwent the transformation. (For all we know, she may have landed on something that softened the blow). As for Kiryu, we should find out more about him later down the road. Misty did it too' date=' didn't she?[/quote'] That furthers why I think she is the third member to join and/or acts as a spy of sorts for the Dark Signers. It would make perfect sense considering that she's a model and is in the media spotlight. She can get around more without suspicion. Who would suspect a beautiful model of being an evil duelist bent on destroying all? =P
